My phone charging plug was not working and felt loose I was convinced I'd need it replaced the man that helped me said it was likely dirty an easy fix he offered to get it good enough to charge for free and then I paid anyways to have it really cleaned. He was done in about 5 minutes easy breezy!”

Jesus called and checked if the phone was eligible for a replacement (which it was), but I decided to trade it in for a new 15 Pro Max. Jesus never pressured me to buy a new phone but just gave me the options of what I could do. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.”

I didn't quite know what to do when I first arrived here but going to that service was one of the best decisions ever made by me and mom. Mr. Kasym is very kind , welcoming and friendly. “I usually go to the main Verizon store on O St. Was ready to change providers due to the treatment I receive at that location. My daughter said to head on over to Victra and will now go nowhere else! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Went in to just upgrade my phone and then give my mom my old phone. The phone I had already researched was not available. While the sales rep at O St. store simply brushed me off and offered no other suggestions, Victra staff looked up other products, went over all features, even told me about the drawbacks of products. They listened to what I wanted/needed. They outlined my monthly bill, transferred everything for me, didn't try to sell me anything that I couldn't get cheaper elsewhere. The customer service was great! They have my business and I'll send anyone who asks to their location. The Verizon store on O St. could take a serious lesson from these folks on what true customer service and respect is. Thanks so much to the entire crew at Victra!!”

“We we’re nervous about going into the store because we always get bad service at the store on 56th and O street. So we decided to go to the N 27th and the young man serving us made the experience pleasant and worth it. My wife did all interactions so I don’t know his name but I do know he is getting married soon. He did an excel job and made us feel welcomed. Because of him we will continue with US Cellular.”

“Had a much more pleasant experience at this Verizon, at least the 2nd time we popped in. Of course on the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there).We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.”

“I'm at this store constantly. I was extremely disappointed when I asked for credit on a larger item I had used red card for and it went on sale. I would've had to physically return the item and purchase again. Ridiculous. I had receipt. I'd already gifted so couldn't. People told me to buy a new one and return it with original receipt. I didn't do that but can see how it would work. Shame on target for that.”
