“Shortest time we've spent in a store switching carries. She had us in and out in like an hour. When normally we're stuck there for like 3 or 4 hours. Plus our plan we were paying at spectrum was more expensive for 3 phones than we are paying for 4 phones plus a watch at at&t. “We switched to Boost Mobile from Verizon. We had the most difficult time with the switch. It got to the point where we were contemplating returning to Verizon. My husband's phone completely shut down. Mine still worked it was a mess. Then, my husband required emergency open heart triple bypass surgery. Afterwards, we stopped into a Boost Mobile store on the way home. We met Boyd Serr. He was AMAZING. He not only went above and beyond, but he also got our phones working. We were so grateful for his service and dedication to our plight. We are Boost Mobile customers forever because of him. You hang onto that guy, he's a true gem. “Had a much more pleasant experience at this Verizon, at least the 2nd time we popped in. Of course on the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there).We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.”

“We went to the Spectrum Store to trade in our old phones for new ones. We had the great pleasure of having Jake be the one who took care of us.
He spent over an hour getting both my wife's and my phones activated, transfered to the new ones. He was absolutely very polite, knowledgeable, patient and interactive. Not once did he become surly or slightly disinterested in what we needed and did not push any up sales on us. KEEP HIM ON. Most everyone there working was polite and knowledgeable as customers were taken care of.
