“Top tier paint store. The red kind is the best flavor. Some lady paint analyst that works there told me to quit sniffing the paint but it’s the only way for me to keep the government out of my business and the aliens to stop abducting me. In the words of Earl Simmons aka DMX “Mind your business lady” Seriously get your paint here it’s delicious you can tell they have a good recipe.”

  6. Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store - 208 NW 20th Street B

    208 NW 20th Street B, Lincoln NE 68528

    4.6 Superb 23 reviews

“I went in to get matches for two colors purchased years ago, which are now discontinued - they did their best to mix up a match for each color. One was spot on, one was way off. I returned the off color & they spent about 30 mins remixing it. They ended up having to toss that batch & start over. I was impressed they were able to get the colors matched perfectly after a lil trial & error. Huge thanks to everyone at this store for their work! Greatly appreciated.”

  10. Rentals at Glenn's True Value - 2825 South 70th Street

    2825 South 70th Street, Lincoln NE 68506

    4.3 Superb 19 reviews

“Best service of any hardware store in town. I love this place, & the guys there are always really helpful, but don't hover. I'm not exactly what you'd call a handyman, but they never make me feel stupid. They have helpful advice, & I always try to patronize them over one of the big box stores like Home Depot when I can. When I had a key made, the manager did it himself. He was worried he didn't get it just right, so he gave me all 4 copies for the price of one. All 4 worked. They also offer more than you'd expect in the way of rentals. According to their website: Lawn and Garden Party Rental Wedding Rentals Construction Equipment Rentals Plumbing Hand and Power Tools Pumps and Generators Scaffolding and Lifts Tents Moving Supplies”

  11. Palmer True Value - 2825 South 70th Street

    2825 South 70th Street, Lincoln NE 68506

    4.3 Superb 86 reviews

“Sad to see them closing and rebranding to a corporate owned true value, there's not enough franchise mom and pop hardware stores around anymore, that being said, has most of the staff is sticking around. I'm sure the service in the atmosphere won't change too much, and they'll continue to provide the same amazing service that they have since opening this location”
