Petco
4701 O St, LincolnI buy aquarium stuff for a 90g, 29g and 29g saltwater. The guys in the fish department do an excellent job. Talk to Billy, Carlos or Jacob and they will help you. The tanks are very clean, dead fish are removed quickly and I have not had a problem with their water getting into mine. I also trust that the animals I buy are in good condition coming from this store.

Pet Grooming

Lincoln Pet Parlor
3700 South 9th Street STE J, LincolnOur previous groomer didn't work out, and had a hard time finding a new groomer When we found Lincoln Pet Parlor We scored! Our two dogs really like going to be groomed. That makes me happy to take them in. The girls always look darling when we pick them up. LPP Groomers have worked with us to creat a record of how we want their hair cuts to look. They have created profiles for each. In addition to grooming each of the girls, hair cuts to our specifications, I have my poodle ears colored bright pink. We (both of us - 2 humans & 2 dogs)LOVE Lincoln Pet Parlor, and highly recommend taking your Fury Friends to meet some new friends.

The Groom Room Inc
1265 S Cotner Blvd, LincolnI am a picky dog mom and I absolutely trust the staff at the Groom Room with my pups. One of my pups is especially grumbly and the other is scared of everything. The staff love on my special dogs and appreciate them for their quirks. When I've used other groomers, I didn't ever know who would be working when my dogs went in. I see the same, consistent staff, every time I'm at the Groom Room which means they must be doing something right for their staff members too! I would trust them with my children if I had any. You won't regret choosing the Groom Room!

Camp Bow Wow
5930 S 57th St, LincolnWe are so impressed with Camp Bow Wow, Lincoln, NE. The staff bends over backwards to please their customers and always gives us a fair price in our favor if the timing of grooming takes longer than expected. That's the human end, but the real benefit is that our dogs love this place so much, they get excited when we pull up and can't wait to get inside. We love watching them play on the camper cams and that adds to our confidence that they're being cared for when we board them. In fact, it helps us when we're traveling to pop in and see that they're doing well and enjoying their stay, and free to roam, and not be cooped up in a kennel all day. The groomer is top notch, and I don't know what they use for shampoo, but my dog's hair is so, so soft when she's done. The hair cut was awesome! I can't say enough about Camp Bow Wow. It's definitely worth checking out!

Trude's Dog Motel
2000 N 112th St, LincolnMy dogs do not like being kenneled. However, Trude's is the only place I've found in Lincoln that they will settle into a routing, eat, and not be overly stressed. The rooms are large enough for both my dogs (German Shepherd & Doberman) to share. The staff takes extra care to help my dogs feel comfortable by spending time with them. There is a nice large yard area for them to run and play in as well. The rooms are indoor/outdoor and heated or cooled depending on the weather.

Greater Lincoln Obedience Club
5740 Johanna Rd Bay 4, LincolnHonestly, it was the most helpful weeks at teaching my dog obedience. The instructors really help you and it really helped strengthen my bond with my mini schnauzer. The way the class is broken up I would say it is more for humans then dogs in that they help teach you how to train your dog but it is up to you to work with your dog during and after classes to make it stick. If you want a quick fix without any work for your dogs behavior then this is not for you. However, if you want to grow with your dog and learn tools to help with training then you couldn't find better help.

The bartenders are particularly inviting and friendly... Down to earth people who love beer and love people. Matt (the owner) is a very welcoming and friendly guy who is more than happy to chit chat with you and make you feel like you belong.
We've had parties there, and they have been very accommodating in reserving space and doing whatever they can to make things as easy as possible.
They treat teachers, first responders, and military super well with free beer options. They are family friendly, dog friendly, and food truck friendly.

The Mill Coffee and Tea
800 P St #100, LincolnThe Mill Coffee & Tea absolutely saved me on a Monday morning. I stopped in while very much hungover from a Sunday night concert, and this place brought me fully back to life. The space is so cute--warm, cozy, and the kind of spot that immediately makes you feel better just by being in it. There's a huge selection of drinks (coffee, tea, and everything in between) plus plenty of food options, which was exactly what I needed in that moment. Everything was delicious, comforting, and just the right amount of restorative. Whether you're recovering from a long weekend or just need a really solid coffee in a great space, this place is a must-stop in Lincoln.

Meadowlark Coffee & Espresso
1624 South St, LincolnThe coffee at Meadowlark Coffee and Espresso just south of downtown Lincoln Nebraska is some of the best specialty coffee I have had in the area. I ordered the Aztec Mocha Latte and the gluten free pumpkin loaf and both were excellent. The barista was friendly and the shop was quiet, bright, and very comfortable to work from or meet with friends.
This coffee shop sits directly across from Bryan West Hospital, which makes it a perfect place to relax if you are waiting nearby. If you are looking for a quiet coffee shop in south Lincoln with great gluten free goodie options, comfortable seating, and a welcoming atmosphere, Meadowlark Coffee and Espresso is a spot you should check out.

Bin 105 completely surprised me—in the best way. ?✨ The space is open, modern, and instantly inviting. Their self-serve wine system is brilliant: you get a card, scan it, and choose a $1 taste or a full pour of anything you want. It made exploring new wines fun, easy, and low-pressure.
The staff is incredibly warm and knowledgeable, and the charcuterie boards are beautiful. I also loved that you can buy any bottle you enjoy to take home. Highly recommend for a unique and interactive wine experience! ?
