I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary team. We brought our Shih Tzu in after she began choking on a treat, and they immediately brought us in and took her straight to the back.
Dr. Falcone was actually in the middle of a conference call, but he stepped away without hesitation to help our girl. He and his team kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way.
Most importantly, he saved her life. We are beyond grateful for his quick thinking, compassion, and willingness to drop everything to help her when she needed it most.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget what you did for our girl. ❤🐾

They saved my dog with a broken leg last year and saved a friend's dog with heartworm this year! We never use anybody else!
They also gelded our horse onsite this year which was very quick and efficient.

400 17th St, SyracuseFirst time visiting this little gem in Syracuse, but found out the owners are selling the place. I sure hope someone else is ready to take on this responsibility as it would be a shame for it to close. The ice cream we had was creamy, HUGE,CHEAP, and came in several flavors. The owners were friendly and kind. Worth the drive if you're in the surrounding area or even Lincoln for something a little different.
