“I locked my keys in my car 2 hours from home while shopping in Norfolk. In my desperation I called the KeyMe place I found on Google. I attempted to pay their $150 dollar charge to get my car unlocked and my bank immediately locked my bank account for fraud. My friend recommended I call Jerry Sinclair. I called and explained my problem and they promptly came to my rescue and unlocked my car on the promise that I pay them when I get my bank account unlocked. They saved my butt in an emergency situation and worked with me on payment. 10/10 can't recommended enough”

“My husband and I stopped at the Norfolk location a little over a week ago so I could use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. I picked up a bag of fresh popped popcorn also. The staff working were very friendly and offered me a stuffed Sinclair dinosaur for my kids. Later on down the road I tried a bite of the popcorn, mixed with caramel corn and buttered... it is probably the best popcorn I've ever had and I'm trying to think if I know anyone in the area that will go get me another bag and ship it to me since I live 2.5 hours away. If I'm ever in the area again, I'm buying multiple bags.”

“Small building that takes a while to move through the line because of the lack of staff. But the staff thats there is friendly and gets the job done. Building is clean with the occasional footprints in the doorway, but this is to be expected.”

“This company remembers its still a car wash!! It's rough looking because that's what you do here is clean up so that also means you come in a Hot Messssss. You don't get ran off by the Owner or your personal space violated by somebody trying to be somebody. Recommend over all these other places but remember it's a do it your self. K Use It!!!!”

“A quick place to stop with a decent selection of candy, soda, and other consumables. My problem is that the bathroom was a little messy, and they need to put on a better lock on the door of the bathroom. Other than that, I would recommend stopping here.”

“It has recently come under new management again, but in the 13 years I've lived here, it has always been a quaint little place to rest my feet and chat with friends.The people who work here have always been extremely friendly and nice, especially to the children. The only downfall it's ever had has been that price tags are only common on and around the drinks.”

“This is a good Caseys compared to others I have been to in my lifetime. It is kept nice and tidy for the most part and the layout of the store is nice. The staff are polite and get the job done fast when checking out. The breakfast burritos are very delicious and I do recommend trying one when you get the chance.”

“Great Service was received from Jerry's Sinclair today...I / we rate them a 5 star. My vehicle battery was dead with the extreme cold when I got off work today. Chad was there in no time to jump start my vehicle, to get me back to their shop to get a new battery installed at the shop. Within less than 1 hour from when the first call was made for the jump start until the new battery was installed and I was on my way home for the evening is nothing but exceptional service. Thanks to Curt, Wade, Chad and all the staff at Jerry's Sinclair for top notch service. it was greatly appreaciated and we recommend others to take advantage of the great services offered also.”
