“Great food, awesome employees, good margaritas with gambling in back!!! (If adventurous try their Cuban food on a separate menu right now. Amazing Ropa Vieja & Tostones!) Their store next door always has in house made tamales ready to go. Dine in then go grab a 6 pack of tamales, a sixer of Corona, and a couple limes for later!!! :)”

“A nice location, always clean, with an extensive selection of affordable items. Their deals in the store are always good, one time there was a sale on ginger ale, buy 3 get 1 free, needless to say, I was stocked on ginger ale for a long time. I would highly recommend going here compared to the other one across town, speaking from my past experiences with both stores.”
“Nice staff and a good selection of items. The aisles can be a little messy but it seems every Dollar General is like this. A good placement for this one because it is on a different part of town as the others.”
“I always enjoy shopping, (browsing), around both Dollar General stores in Norfolk. Today I was a little disappointed though because as I walked up to the door, the dreaded sign saying you must wear a mask was hanging there. As far as I know, there's no mandate in Norfolk requiring masks. I did not wear one and I was not confronted about it, which if I had been, I would have left.The 3 star rating is on account of imposing on my right to choose not to wear a mask. Otherwise it would have been 5.”
“I use grocery pickup mostly. Don't have to wait in line and scan my own stuff. They shop for me scan it, bag it and wait until my time slot. They are always accurate and punctional”

“To steal a popular saying from a restaurant. LOU'S HAS THE MEATS!! Since moving back to Nebraska I have tried several places for my meat specifically hamburger. HANDS DOWN Lou's has the best hamburger in town. Not to mention they have an old style deli type. I got a half pound of three different meats. Not only did they suggest a couple. They sliced it and then cubed it so it was easier to put in my salads. Now that's REAL customer service ?”
