2800 W Eisenhower Ave, NorfolkVery good people and understanding after hearing why it’s like that Brenda is awesome barely gets any help from the city and they use her in tough times and she doesn’t get donations in and thats why it’s like that ten out of recommend that shelter for boarding and she doesn’t want to put dogs down but she doesn’t have a choice because some of the dogs there have got taken there because they are aggressive and she has to put them down

500 Omaha Avenue, NorfolkWe took our very elderly cat there for her last appointment. Pebbles was 21 years old and her time here was ending. Although she was not a patient here they treated us as if she was. The staff was kind and caring and made this most difficult time go as smoothly as possible. Today a sympathy card from them arrived in the mail. Thanks again for the wonderful service, I would highly recommend Norfolk Veterinary Clinic, they truly care!

104 N 37th St, NorfolkI just wanted to share, that Westside is amazing. (We were at the Pierce location this day, but I can imagine they’re both equally great.) They weren’t my dogs primary vet clinic (I wish they had been after my experience with them), but we had to take my baby Milo there due to his vet not being able to get him in and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to him that day. Even though they had never dealt with him before, they were extremely comforting and warm to him and us during his exam to find out the problem and especially during our goodbyes. It was a horrible day, but their professionalism, gentleness, and compassion made it a little easier despite it all. They gave us plenty of time to love on him and say goodbye to him, we never felt rushed or like an inconvenience even though it was well past their closing time by the time we left. Thank you Westside for your amazing staff. If I ever get another furbaby, you will be where we go. Cant recommend you guys enough. ❤️

411 West Norfolk Avenue, NorfolkSecond time visiting 411 in Norfolk and it was an easy 10/10 across the board! Mason behind the bar was fantastic super engaging, attentive, and mixed up an incredible dragon fruit margarita that was absolute perfection. Paired that with the cheeseburger quesadilla, which was packed with flavor and cooked spot-on. The entire staff was welcoming, the vibe was great, and the food speaks for itself. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

1000 East Omaha Avenue, NorfolkI walked in there after browsing kittens on their website. I fell in love with the three-legged Joshuine (who is now Steve French "Stevie"). I went home with her, and mystery cat bag, and a really nice carrying case for $30 about an hour later. She also gave me her full known medical records, a list of shots that she's due for and when, her microchip information and pet insurance for cheap. Idk if this is related but she seemed to be pre-litterbox trained, because she was going in it from the get go. Great staff, cute animals, and found my three-legged best friend!
