“Absolutely hands down the best store I have dealt with out of any shipping company. This location especially is employees deserve a raise no matter what they are being paid. They are always friendly they're always hopeful. They open the door whenever you are near it and they have a smile on their face. Plus the packages get there on time most the time it's early. This is unheard of in the shipping industry from my experience over the last 12 years. I ship out almost daily except for sunday's obviously and I have used every carrier there is and these people are exceptional here. I have nothing but good things to say and recommend them highway. This is due to the employees 100%. Managers and owners please take care of them people like this are very hard to find if I could find employees like this I would be a millionaire ?”

“Very friendly staff, super fast to cash your check I appreciate they even call your job and or verify your payroll. I’d recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a bank account and has a id to cash there checks here. Just don’t sign the check until you are in front of the staff and they tell you to sign it. They have to check your check first before you sign it”

“I am so thankful to Diana and Julio at this FedEx store. My daughter's school was having a fundraiser and they realized at the last minute they had no banners for outside the school. I reached out to FedEx and within 1 hour had two nice posters. They were professional and helpful and very understanding, even when I was so last minute. They took the stress out of a potentially stressful situation. I've used this FedEx before and I will always use FedEx for all my printing needs. They're the best!!!”

“My only complaint is the parking lot bc it's not the easiest or most convenient to get in and out of. It's in one way and out the other, and when you're pulling out onto Saddlecreek, it can be difficult to see the oncoming cars bc they fly around the corner.”
“As a government agency, someone needs to put some money in to their entrance roads and parking. Potholes are everywhere. But employees r always very nice and helpful.”

“The new practices that postmaster DeJoy implemented during his term have affected the service immensely, there are so many negative changes that it doesn't run as efficiently as it use to. He did everything in his power to help trump win by removing sorting machines, closing offices in rural areas, lowered work force and slowed down service. They have lost items I mailed, one I got back a year later returned without delivery. The staff in our local office make up for it by being nice and going out of their way to help you, even they don't have anything nice to say about postmaster that removed boxes so there weren't as many ballot boxes for mail-in voting. I really like our local office & employees working there, they have all of the new products and boxes one needs.”
“Ordered an item from Amazon. Tracking number indicates that this Bellevue, NE USPS office has had it since Dec 24 at 5:26am. Today is Jan 1, 2026. Even with the weekend and holiday this is unacceptable. I live 1 mile from the flipping post office.
EDIT: 1-2-2026. Change from 1 star to 4 stars. Went to the post office. Found out they have their own internal tracking that is not made available to the public. What we see only indicates a pre-shipping label was created, not that the actual item was received at the post office. Hence, my item is lost in transit somewhere, if it was even shipped at all. I'm docking 1 star because it would be nice if this info had been made to me and my tracking number updated instead of leaving me hanging since my last tracking update on Dec 24. Maybe it is for security reasons to stop thefts. Don't know.”
“Considering the amount of traffic the USPS employees see on a daily basis... I have nothing but gratitude for Tim, Terri, Frank and the other employees that are working in the back. (That we don't see) So many people are so quick to get upset over such trivial situations that they've had with the USPS, and it makes me sick!!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes. I couldn't do what they do, or put up with all the ignorant customers they deal with EVERY DAY!!! If you're not happy with the USPS.... Go elsewhere. I'm thankful for the service provided, but more importantly. I appreciate the individuals providing the service!”
“Fed ex had no clue what they were doing. Said they couldn’t ship a package to China. The Indian or Pakistani fellow at UPS knew exactly what to do and helped me while multi tasking with several other people. Did awesome, thanks guys.”

“FedEx is more than just a shipping store. As the name implies you can do a great deal of printing at this location as well. I only needed a few copies and the counter help was exceptionally helpful, took me right to the machine showed me how it worked, and I was out of there in less than five minutes. The good news is that for the number of copies that I made the price was a good value, and in light of Covid restrictions you can pay right at the machine with a credit card instead of having to wait on another line at the counter. Services at this location include anything you would need for office support including workstations. Located at the corner of Dodge and 72nd St. they are in the heart of Omaha with easy access and free parking. I suggest you check this place out should you need any printing, copying, or shipping support.”

I only had to wait for him to finish up with the customer he was currently assisting and BAM! just like that it was my turn. “I'm very thankful that I found this location when doing a map search. I had a last minute order that was urgently needed and the 72nd and Q st location had just closed for the evening. This Fort St location is open until 9pm Mon-Fri and is much closer to my warehouse then Q St. While there are numerous retail stores that offer FedEx package drop-off, if you need labels printed from a QR code, then one must go to either one of the two FedEx owned and operated sites for QR label printing service. X”
“I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience wasn’t bad. Had to wait on a dock for about 30 minutes and got me unloaded in a hour. They took longer to load my trailer in St. Louis. All in all it went smooth.”
