“Shop here for my parents. Love the no plastic bags policy! Staff are pretty nice and this time they were quick to open 2nd lane for long line. Only off note was cashier THROWING bag of potatoes under the counter after I noticed one potato was rotten and advised I no longer wanted them.”
“Stopped in to shop while traveling through and found some great Aldi merch! I spent $450 total between merch and groceries, staff & store were great.
When I got home from my trip and reviewed my receipt I realized I was mistakenly over charged, and I live 7 hours away. I contacted Aldi with no response, so I followed up and received calls the same day from a regional manager and customer support. I was issued a e-gift card within 5 minutes! I was so impressed with how they resolved my issue. I'm a fan for life!”
“This location is pretty good. Clean store, quality produce, meats and deli items. Friendly staff. I will say they do stand out with their items being stocked more regularly, when compared to the other HyVee locations I've been to.”
“The Papillion Hy-Vee is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. I love that they have a deli counter, bakery, and meat counter. I also really appreciate the specialty section for gluten-free and other specific dietary items.”
“I went into Hy-vee 90th and Center at 7:40am 8/20/25 looking for a certain cupcake flower bouquet, well it was sold out and I was a little upset because this flower arrangement was for a coworker on her last day! The manager (should have got his name) came to help me and said the florist would be in at 8am but that was not gonna work for me because I had to be at work at 8am so I decided to buy a rose bouquet and for my troubles the manager threw in the vase at no cost, he was very nice and was going to arrange the roses in the vase when the florist arrived so the florist (again didn’t get her name) made a beautiful arrangement for me, in the meantime while I waited I picked up some Starbucks, so good! In the end it was 7:55 when I left and I made it to work on time! The best experience and customer service and it was all perfect!”
“This location is probably one of my favorites. Everyone is always very helpful and polite. Justin in the deli deserves to be recognized as he goes above and beyond to help shoppers find what they need and have a pleasant experience at Plattsmouth Hyvee.”

“Consistantly friendly and helpful staff. Good selection. Produce is fresh. Easy in and out - pretty helpful when you're in a rush. Prices overall are good and the store is always clean. Worthy of every one of those 5 stars!!”
“This is truly my Hyvee store. The staff are amazing and the pharmacy is awesome too. I had issues a year ago with the pharmacy and not able to get meds delivered or ordered and the store manager would go out of his way when he got off to deliver my wife’s meds and I’m so happy they improved immensely. I’m finally happy to see security at the store watching out for homeless vagrants who used to shop lift and steal all the time. My only complaint is the lack of self check out or speedy lines. Or that you get sent to customer service to do split payments like half cash half card. They should update their self check out like bakers and Walmart were you can do split payments in a fast second no problem”
“Grace's smile is seriously the best. And all the staff is all pretty great and on it. I wish I could give it more than five stars, honestly. Grace is the best, in my opinion. She's always there when I am. I take care of my mom full time, so I'm there a lot, like at least a dozen times a month. But in all honesty all the staff are hard workers.”
“This store is under new management/ownership. New owners are very knowledgeable of the meat market and customer service. In near future you’ll see lots of improvements.”
