“Good place, clean and well kept. Maintenance staff has more than they can Halle though I believe. We have several work orders that have been submitted since we moved in 4 months ago and they are still not completed. The maintenance staff is great and talks to us all the time asking if anything urgent needs fixing but, understandably, if it is a small item that needs fixed, they have other tenants with higher priority repairs.”
“I absolutely love living here! We have super tall ceilings, a loft in our apartment, and there are so many amenities! Kathy is the best property manager anyone could ask for. She is by far one of the best perks of living here! Marcus is a great maintenance man, and makes sure things get done in a timely manner.”
“I have had an A+ experience with the staff at The Bank apartments. Customer service is impeccable! Callie and staff respond most expeditiously to questions, concerns and maintenance requests. When I fell in hard times Callie granted me time to remedy my situation. Additionally, I look forward to when the office staff holds fun games to win cool prizes. Another bonus is the periodic apartment showings. Where you can walk in and see the available apartments with unique floor plans plus pick up snacks. Seek no more and LIVE at the Bank Apartments!”
“I have had a great experience with Park120. I was in a situation where I needed to move in ASAP for my own safety. The lovely office gals helped me and walked me through several apartments. I couldn't make up my mind. Everything has been awesome. They are responsive to maintenance requests. It is a quiet building. With an elevator and underground parking. I am spoiled and loving it!”
“Me and kids love it here the staff always here when we need them we move here on the 4th july They welcome me with open arms This place is better than the last place we was at is more peaceful and quiet and we love it here”
“I lived at Villa Vinee for almost 2 years. It was quiet and comfortable. I had to hoof it to the 3rd floor but the balcony view made it worthwhile. Maintenance was quick and efficient when issues arose. My favorite thing was the near presence to the Papio creek out back. I took many walks down there and was surprised at all the wildlife. American minks, ground hogs, some deer, turkeys and great horned owls were a few of the creatures I saw. The location is very convenient to anything you would need in central Omaha. If I ever move back, I would like to live there again. Only short coming is the parking, if you get back after 9pm you may have to park quite a ways from your front door.”
“As of February 2025, I will have been living at Whispering Pines Townhomes for almost four years. I would like to provide some candid observations. Whispering Pines Townhomes and Apartments (the apartments which often serve as dormitories for students from Methodist College) is situated across the street, is a lovely and quaint community, offering a peaceful retreat from the usual hustle and bustle of city life. It is an exceptionally quiet place, making it suitable for raising a small family. However, for larger families, such as single or two parents with four or more children, this environment may not be ideal. On the other hand, two parents or single parents with three or fewer children will find it to be a good fit. A helpful guideline to keep in mind is the recommendation of two occupants per room. Should you encounter a serious maintenance issue—such as plumbing, heating or air conditioning problems, leaks, flooding, or any matter that poses a risk to health and safety—please report it immediately, and maintenance will respond promptly.
The new management team that arrived in the third quarter of 2023 has displayed excellence. It is highly likely that they have been making necessary corrections from the previous management and adhering to stronger policies, procedures, rules, and regulations set forth by NP Dodge. If you have any concerns regarding the rules of Whispering Pines, it is best to review your lease or consult with the new Property Manager Dinita or the Assistant Property Manager, Carissa for further information.
Most tenants are genuinely kind and friendly, and for the most part, the children are respectful. There is assigned parking for all apartments and townhomes, so please inform your guests not to park in someone else's assigned spot. They can park in the unassigned parking spaces that are unmarked. The rent is competitively priced compared to similar dwellings in close proximity.
My family and I thoroughly enjoy residing in this community and would like to express our gratitude to Dinita, the Property Manager, and Carissa, the Assistant Property Manager, for their exceptional efforts in making Whispering Pines Townhomes and Apartments Omaha’s best-kept secret. Dinita, you are truly outstanding, simply the best! Enough said.”
“We have lived here 3 years now after having owned a home for almost 25 years. It's a foreboding thing to go back to apartment living after decades, but every Thursday as the lawnmower passes by, we look at each other and say, "I am so glad we don't have to do that anymore."All of our interactions with staff have been positive. Maintenance is friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable. The housekeeper comes to our building every Tuesday and keeps the carpeted, lighted hallways looking their best.We consider ourselves very lucky to have found a nice view and an attached garage right across the hall. The rooms are the most spacious of any apartments we looked at. This is the first place we've *ever* lived where we didn't *have* to put our furniture up against a wall in the living room. Our two-bedroom has two bathrooms with a sizeable linen closet in each one. The master bedroom easily accommodates the king-sized bed.The walk-in closets in each bedroom and the entry closet offer even more useable storage than we had in our three-bedroom, split-entry raised ranch. Yes, we did due-diligence downsizing, and we did *not* have to rent a storage unit!I love having the full-sized washer and dryer *in* the apartment. All one level, no steps. The garage is long enough to park our car, accommodate the storage shelves we brought over from the house, and allow for plenty of walking room between them. The heated outdoor pool is open more months a year than you would expect. There is a sauna and an exercise room, and many people do their walking around the complex. There are not many sidewalks to speak of, but people do walk the circuit of roads and parking lots around the place. We lost trees in last year's storm, but they were replaced in a timely manner.Living here is truly a blessing.”
“The Wire is truly one of the best apartment communities in downtown Omaha. The location is perfect—within walking distance of the Old Market, the Joslyn Museum, and many performance venues—so the cultural life here is unbeatable.
When I was first searching for an apartment, I misunderstood a few terms, but Hilary was incredibly considerate, supportive, and accommodating. Thanks to her and Brendon, my move-in went very smoothly. The apartment was spotless, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The amenities are fantastic, and my favorite spot is the sky deck.
Overall, The Wire offers a comfortable, vibrant, and well-managed living experience. Highly recommend!”
