Wes at the W Center location was such a great help! Very knowledgeable, came in with a device issue no fault to ATT just a faulty device. Wes steppped in and made sure everything on my device was in order and updated, but decided to switch from iPhone to Samsung at the end and he knew a lot about all the phones I mentioned.
