Was visiting with another customer waiting and she said she had went to another place prior to coming here. Both Nikki and Bud are absolutely fantastic at their jobs and make sure to keep you well informed about any work happening on your vehicle why providing plenty of pay over time options for those who may be in a less fortunate situation. Also if you want or have to spend time in the store then Falkor the shop dog will spare no expense to make sure your kept in great company!

βI have never experienced such world class customer service! From getting my appointment set up to getting the loaner vehicle was THE BEST! I got a video of the inspection, communication text messages throughout the whole process and I was at the dealership for 15 mins and drove away in a brand new Mazda loaner. I'm super impressed and so thankful ?

βI walked in at 5:40 on Friday evening, cutting it close to closing time, and said "hey, I wanna buy some tires." Didn't need install, so I hoped I could be in and out before 6, everyone could go home on time, but I didn't realize the tires I wanted were only in stock at their district office. I figured hey, that's my fault and I can figure out how to pick them up from wherever on Monday. But NO! I wish I could remember the advisor's name, cos he was super helpful, and he assured me they'd have them brought up to this very shop ASAP, and he and his tech stayed past closing time to receive the tires, check me out, and help load them in my car. 10/10, above and beyond helpful, no notesβ
βI'm always nervous going to a mechanic as a woman, but every staff member at Toyotechs made me feel heard and respected. They were patient when I needed time to gather the funds for a large repair and their loaner vehicle makes the process really easy. I'd go back again in a heartbeat!β

Their diagnostic inspection is the most through and detailed I've ever received from any mechanic ever. They're transparent with what they charge and don't try to sell you on anything unnecessary.
