I am not one to leave poor reviews online but feel I have to to warn others: Take your hats somewhere else to be shaped. Absolutely destroyed my vintage 7x resistol’s sweatband and somehow shrunk the hat so it no longer fits!
I actually like Boot Barn for everything else they do so this is really unfortunate.
