“What a smooth and slick process! I rented a van for a girls trip, and Matt was so easy to work with! He was very quick to answer any of my questions, the price was exactly what he quoted me (which was very affordable!), and he assured everything was ready for me. The van was extremely clean, and he showed me all of the functions of it before I drove it off the lot. He also walked around the van to assess any scratches, dents, etc. that were already there, and we did this very thoroughly. I appreciated his service! I will definitely use him in the future!”

“I rented various cars from this location on multiple occasions between Oct 2024 and end of Jan 2025. I always took and returned car on time, full gas and lightly cleaned the car. Ali was super accommodating to all of my rental requests, sometime even same day rental requests and also price matched some of my rentals with other avis rental platforms. He even offered discount when I rented for a month and in return I returned the car with full gas and the car washed. I interacted mostly with Ali and two other staffs, all of them were friendly and accommodating. There were instances when I was assigned a dirty car but I immediately brought it up to Ali or others at the front desk and they switched me to a cleaner car. Highly recommend renting car from this location!! Hope you guys have flat bed truck or van, I need it towards the end of the year-will be in touch. ?”
“This Avis location is my go-to for work rentals, and I can't recommend it enough, largely thanks to Angelina. She's incredibly efficient, always has a cheerful attitude, and gets my rentals processed quickly. I particularly recall a time I was running a few minutes late for a return right at closing; I called ahead, and they graciously stayed open to ensure I could drop off the car without any issues. Every interaction I've had here has been excellent!”

“Enterprise car rental, I have been using them for years, first time renting in Omaha. I actually took an uber ride to an off site location and saved a few bucks off the rental. Weird but hey do what you can I guess. Ben is a great guy to work with out at Harney st location . The Nissan Sentra had some cosmetic issues but I thought the tires seemed low and they were. Had to stop and fill up the tank and pumped up the tires. The gas thing was noted and so I brought it back about where it was when I picked it up. The AC wasn't blowing cold either but being it was 70 during the day and 50 at night, I was ok with it. I did let them know though. Also the key fob battery was low. But it drove nicely and was getting 44mpg! Sheesh. Couldn't believe that. But did burn too much fuel. Ben also switched my return to the airport. So I didn't need to Uber back to the airport which was nice. Thank you Ben!”

“This is my all time favorite place to rent vehicles in Nebraska. The staff all deserves a raise or compensation in other forms. I've rented numerous of time's from this location and over all the best one in the 5 states I've rented from. Even when booking online fails to schedule rental of a vehicle they don't have. They go above there means to help the customer and comes up with the best solutions to the issue's at hand.”
“My experience at Dollar Rental Center was first class. I like that you could get off the plane and stay indoors to the get to the rental car destination because it was 28°,dropping and the snow flurries started. I arrived at Dollar Rental and a young man name Isaiah help me out. He was very professional, courteous and kind and make sure I understood my contract thoroughly. To get to my rental car I had to go to the garage where it was covered. A nice lady named Brittany gave me the keys and made sure I understood all the bells and whistles that came with the car. She was awesome! I ended up with a Hyundai Sonata, which was a really nice car. I had a 90 minute ride to Sioux City and it was a nice drive even with light snowing. The thing I love most about the car was the heated seats, they kept my bum and my back warm and comfy. I’ll definitely use this company again if I’m in this part of the world and need a rental :)”
“Nathan in the Hertz location at 2571 S 171st Ct, Omaha is awesome! Rapid check-in, rapid return, and very polite. We rented an intermediate SUV for a week, and it was the most comfortable vehicle for long travel I've ever rented. All safe driving features were operational, and really made the trip more relaxing! I highly recommend this location for your next rental in West Omaha!”

“I have taken my Tesla here on two occasions and have been extremely pleased with Mike and his team, both with the quality of the repair and the customer service. The most recent visit was complicated due to the fact that I live over 100 miles away from Dingman's and shortly after my car accident the main battery pack on my Tesla went bad (unrelated to the accident) making the vehicle no longer driveable. Mike was great at coordinating with insurance, with Tesla (to replace the battery) and arranged to have the vehicle towed through my insurance. It was like having a concierge handle everything for me. I've never had this kind of attention elsewhere. As a Tesla owner, I felt very comfortable using Dingman's because of the volume of Teslas they repair and their close relationship with Tesla in Council Bluffs.”
