“This organization has earned my respect and admiration for their professionalism, knowledge and confidence in the product they sell. I recently purchased my first SKB shotgun at Good Guys Gun & Pawn about a month ago. Doug Hassel, the owner of Good Guys, recommended that I contact SKB directly when I inquired about purchasing extended chokes for my gun. I drove about 5 minutes from Good Guys and arrived at SKB’s physical office location. I was immediately greeted at the door and asked to come in. What was supposed to be a quick in & out process of purchasing the goods I was seeking turned out to be a 20 minute discussion about the services SKB offers to its customers. I was totally impressed. (My dear bride, who was waiting in the car was not…hehe) I met all the guys in the office and was even more impressed by their knowledge of firearms. I own Browning, Winchester, Remington, Franchi, and Mossberg shotguns. All of which I treasure. I’m proud to claim that I am now a SKB guy as well. I strongly recommend SKB for producing a quality product AND top notch customer service. Thank you fellas. Wade Jensen USMC Ret. Bellevue, Ne”

“Great customer service every time I visit. Someone even offered to help me carry the bags of ice I bought out to my car the last time I was there. I declined, of course because I know they already work pretty hard. I like the new location as there is more space inside and an easier to access parking lot. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the temperature inside on hot days. I don't know if the AC wasn't working properly or if it was set on 90°F. I know the recess peanut butter cups I'd bought were super soft and the chocolate was a bit melted. I sure hope it was just an AC repair needed because it would not be nice for the employees to have suffer working in those temperatures for a full shift. Anyways, I have had never had a bad experience with employees when visiting this store. You can tell when an employer knows how to hire the right people.”

“Can't say enough about the service I received at E-Z Money. My brother-in-law and I were going through a difficult family situation and Ty really helped us out. He took the time to listen and understand our situation. He took the time to explain the process. He took care of us. I felt like we were more than just another business transaction to him. I'm almost 40 years old and I can count the number of times a business has shown me genuine kindness in a vulnerable time on one hand. Tl,dr: If you have any pawn shop needs, check these guys out. Parking and South Omaha traffic are a little rough, but it'll be worth the trip. They're good people.”

“There are several associates there that definitely like their jobs and are happy to help. But, there is a couple that are rude and really seem like they aren't happy to be there and it definitely brings down the enjoyment of visiting the shop. I know its hard but I learned that the first person to talk to you is who you want to continue to deal. If you need help again, seek that first person out versus taking a chance when looking for new help.”
