Manny helped me with getting some batteries installed in a few watches I had. While he was taking care of that Jerod helped me with some information about getting a firearm permit. He took the time to explain everything clearly.
The shop itself was clean, organized, and had a surprisingly good selection of items at fair prices. Whether you’re buying, selling, or pawning something, you can tell they value honesty and customer service. I appreciated that they treated me like a valued customer, not just a transaction.

“UPDATE: everything was worked out between me and the amazing staff that they have working there I retract my previous statement of I will never be back. They do care about their customers in a huge way, and I was fortunate enough to have them vouch for me and find a fair solution for the both of us so I am very happy with the way that they worked with me on this. I’m gonna leave the last bit here just so that people can understand the grievance I had in the beginning.
GRIEVANCE: i am a frequent customer and usually well taken care of here, but I traded in a shotgun and purchased another ar style shotgun, which had nothing but problems. I bring the gun back in to inform them of the issue and they gave me a gift card with the full amount in return to spend on anything in the store, but I am not allowed to use that gift card to pull items out of pawn (per owner) Extremely disappointed last time i give them Business after the gift card is redeemed”
“Great customer service every time I visit. Someone even offered to help me carry the bags of ice I bought out to my car the last time I was there. I declined, of course because I know they already work pretty hard. I like the new location as there is more space inside and an easier to access parking lot. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the temperature inside on hot days. I don't know if the AC wasn't working properly or if it was set on 90°F. I know the recess peanut butter cups I'd bought were super soft and the chocolate was a bit melted. I sure hope it was just an AC repair needed because it would not be nice for the employees to have suffer working in those temperatures for a full shift. Anyways, I have had never had a bad experience with employees when visiting this store. You can tell when an employer knows how to hire the right people.”

“Can't say enough about the service I received at E-Z Money. My brother-in-law and I were going through a difficult family situation and Ty really helped us out. He took the time to listen and understand our situation. He took the time to explain the process. He took care of us. I felt like we were more than just another business transaction to him. I'm almost 40 years old and I can count the number of times a business has shown me genuine kindness in a vulnerable time on one hand.
Tl,dr: If you have any pawn shop needs, check these guys out. Parking and South Omaha traffic are a little rough, but it'll be worth the trip. They're good people.”

“the owner was beyond personable and a wealth of knowledge . so friendly staff is a check, really really far price for things sold in the shop and things that they will buy. has i nice gun section too. 10/10 would recommend. and to top it all off the shop was very welcoming to my service dog !!!!!!!!”
