“Loved it. Their new location downtown is a lot nicer. They're in business to make money, I get that. Lucky for me I wasnt asking for retail and I just needed a small loan to get me by. Very thankful for their staff who assisted me in reaching my goal. Thanks guys ✌”

“Great customer service every time I visit. Someone even offered to help me carry the bags of ice I bought out to my car the last time I was there. I declined, of course because I know they already work pretty hard. I like the new location as there is more space inside and an easier to access parking lot. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the temperature inside on hot days. I don't know if the AC wasn't working properly or if it was set on 90°F. I know the recess peanut butter cups I'd bought were super soft and the chocolate was a bit melted. I sure hope it was just an AC repair needed because it would not be nice for the employees to have suffer working in those temperatures for a full shift. Anyways, I have had never had a bad experience with employees when visiting this store. You can tell when an employer knows how to hire the right people.”

“Can't say enough about the service I received at E-Z Money. My brother-in-law and I were going through a difficult family situation and Ty really helped us out. He took the time to listen and understand our situation. He took the time to explain the process. He took care of us. I felt like we were more than just another business transaction to him. I'm almost 40 years old and I can count the number of times a business has shown me genuine kindness in a vulnerable time on one hand. Tl,dr: If you have any pawn shop needs, check these guys out. Parking and South Omaha traffic are a little rough, but it'll be worth the trip. They're good people.”

“I had a really great experience at Sol's on L st. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Manny helped me with getting some batteries installed in a few watches I had. While he was taking care of that Jerod helped me with some information about getting a firearm permit. He took the time to explain everything clearly. The shop itself was clean, organized, and had a surprisingly good selection of items at fair prices. Whether you’re buying, selling, or pawning something, you can tell they value honesty and customer service. I appreciated that they treated me like a valued customer, not just a transaction. If you’re looking for a trustworthy pawn shop with great service and reasonable prices, I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“Everyone is always so nice and helpful when I come here. A.D is a very honest and great employee. I accidentally gave him 10$ more than I should and he realized it and gave it back to me. It’s good to know there are good people in the world still. And the main boss is always so nice and just cool to talk to. 72nd and maple is my favorite location.”

“Ashley is such an awesome employee. I came in not in the best mood. And just a normal conversation alone helped me in more ways than she knows. She walked me through the prcess and explained everything in detail. I'll definitely be back.”
