Public Storage in Elkhorn offers a convenient and accessible storage solution with a history of providing personal attention for nearly 50 years. Customers can easily reserve a storage space for free, with no commitment, and choose the online eRental option to skip the counter and go straight to their unit when moving in. The staff, especially one dedicated team member, is known for friendly, patient, and helpful service, making the rental process smooth and even enjoyable.
Many customers appreciate the flexibility in managing their storage needs, such as reducing unit size or obtaining rate extensions. However, some have expressed concerns about rate increases, with one mentioning a significant increase after four months, leading them to consider moving elsewhere. The facility is accommodating, even on holiday weekends, allowing online completion of paperwork and entry.
While the location is praised for ease of use and good pricing, limited access hours, closing at 9 pm, can be inconvenient for those with typical 9-6 jobs. Overall, Public Storage provides a reliable and friendly storage option, with some room for improvement in access hours and rate stability.
Ron was such a good help with moving in to my unit. He gave me a pest control packet to ensure that I didn’t have any issues. I am so glad that I chose this place for my storage needs.
