“B Street collision worked on my wife’s 2017 Ford escape after a Large tree branch rolled over the Front of it, crushing the windshield and smashing the area near the lower part of said glass… It came out looking so good and everything works well-(wipers ect)! They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them!”

“I think it was the owner that I've met there the two times I took my car in but he was great. He doesn't overcharge you for things if you don't absolutely need them. I've had 2 tires that had nails in them and had to hurry to get them fixed and they've been dependable both times. Very quick service and at a very reasonable price. It's such a comfort knowing I can run down to get my tires fixed when it's an emergency. I will forever be a loyal customer. I would highly recommend this shop.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. My engine started overheating out of no where and this was the closest auto shop in my dealership network. I was skeptical as i hadn’t personally heard any reviews about them. Once i arrived i was greeted with amazing customer service and 100% transparency. Turns out i didn’t need an engine replacement like expected, just needed coolant and my radiator replaced. I loved the fact that they showd me visually the issues, instead of just saying what’s wrong with me and leaving me guessing whether or not if the issues are legit and they’re just seeking extra money. I will recommend them time and time again to anyone looking for auto repair. Best customer service and best auto repair skills i’ve ever interacted with. “Kaizen Collision Center did an excellent job on my 2024 Tesla Model Y repairs. Kaizen Collision Center got my Tesla to look brand new again. Ricky Tran was very helpful and did answer all my questions I did have. Ricky gave me excellent customer service and helped putting my mind at ease on the all repairs I needed. I honestly was so impressed from the moment I first called, they got me in right away, gave me a reasonable estimate, scheduled my repairs to get completed in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the process. The receptionist was outstanding by arranging a pick up time that worked out great for me because I live out of town. I’d give Kaizen Collision Center a 5 star rating! If you ever need vehicle repairs, this is your collision shop. Plus they had my Tesla shining like a star and had the interior all clean as well, wow!
