Fantastic company! Anytime I need auto body work, I go directly to these folks. (Keep in mind that some locations have changed their name to Kaizen, but it's the same folks with the same great service). They take care of everything for you, and are friendly and helpful in every interaction. I cannot recommend them enough!

Overall very happy there were some delays due to manufacture parts, that was a little frustrating but that's not their fault. A little bit better communication could happen but overall absolutely satisfied will go back if I have it another car issue.

After having my car repaired from an accident, with Great Plains, I heard a funny noise, after taking it back a couple of times Ed Jr. the mechanic worked with me until he found the problem…. Got it fixed !! The ladies in the front office are always very pleasant and helpful, they must like their jobs.Service: Tires
We've come a long way since Bruce and Joyce sat down around the table with their kids to think of the name of this shop, but family is still at the heart of our operation.
Bruce and Joyce Hansen founded Great Plains Auto Body in November 1988 as a family owned and operated auto body repair shop. We first opened our doors in Omaha, Nebraska in a 5000 square foot leased facility at 78th and F Street. In 1992, 2,500 square feet were added. In 1996, we purchased the 17,000 square foot building and 3 and 1/2 acres of land, which serves as our current location.
