Room amenities on the website said there was a snack bar and a coffee maker yet there wasn't either of those in our room at all other than that 4/10

For a basic room not bad does not have any breakfast or even coffee.

They are actively working on the property. Its still not the best but it works. Staff was kind. The motel 6 up the road is a bit better. This is the old motel 6 (moved around 2011). I was curious so I spent 1 night.
I do feel its overpriced at 65 a night. At 50 id say its a bargin.
