I appreciate all of the vacuum and cleaning stations available to use after my vehicle is washed so I can keep the inside cleaned too!I was so grateful for the management at Russel Speeders. Recently I accidently locked my keys in my car while cleaning the inside and they were able to open my car from the outside for me at no charge. Then.... my car wouldn't start so they brought out a battery tester and were able to help me determine that my battery had died. It was a super frustrating situation and they were so positive and helpful. I was very grateful!”

Coming home off the interstate a large trash bag got sucked underneath my back tire area. He was so sweet to help me a remove it from my car. He didn’t have to and could have said sorry but he took the time to help. If this is how an employee treats a stranger in need. I can just imagine how well they’d treat a customer. In the future if I need any work done I will be returning. So thankful for the courtesy that was shown.”

The back end of my vehicle doesn't ever get cleaned well, but it's an SUV so maybe that's why, I don't know, but I love the fact they offer free vacuums and all the tools in order to fully detail your vehicle inside and out.
