“While for my mom to get her hair done at Xenon I walked over here and did a little shopping. I was pleasantly surprised by how fully stocked the shelves were and the overall cleanliness of the store. 100 percent better than dollar tree stores I've been too. They have a very large selection of food items which I did not realize. I would shop here again.”

“This dollar tree has some of the most amazing employees working here! I am having hard time remembering their names and I hate that, because I would love to give credit where credit is due. My family and I lost our home and just about all of our belongings. We had been staying at a hotel up the street from this location and we had regularly come in to shop and buy miscellaneous items we needed through out our hotel stay. My kids and I always talked to the workers and at one point we had discussed our loss. They said they were praying for us when I mentioned we had a potential home we were waiting to hear back from on application being accepted. When we got a place we went in to grab some household stuff, they asked if we had been approved and got a home and they were overjoyed when we told them yes. It was just very very kind of them to not only remember us while we were there but that they seemed to really care about the outcome of our situation!
They were always so helpful with finding items we couldn’t locate, were very friendly, and absolutely should be rewarded for their incredible customer service & genuine kindness they show. I will go out of my way to shop at this location over others because of these employees :)”
“Some of my favorite pieces of high end brands has come from here. They have a lot of free people items and shoes. It's definitely a place where you don't come with a plan, and clothes find you. It's very hit or miss if it's organized or clean, but there is a lot to look at. This is a place where clothes find you. I like the newer location but the old crossroads was my favorite.”

“Me tiring for the school means looking for crafts the kids can do ...making Valentines for their parents is always a hit! Lots of crafts to choose from.......candy, socks ...spring veggie and herb seeds will be fun to do as well ..to watch their progress as they grow...you can't beat the value ..that's for sure!”
“I will say this store isn't to bad. Its messy but do like how much stuff there is. I also like how retro it is (but probably cause their to lazy to update but whatever) and some credit as is basically the only store in town cause I guess no one wants the big piece of land near the trailer park. Overall i like this place ?”

“Today almost all Christmas items are gone...(I bought a damaged Xmas lunch box to put cookies in and they graciously exchanged it) I did manage to find the last mini Xmas lunch box tin for cookies (as replacement) Service is always great ...greeting you when you walk in acknowledging you is a nice touch. The "value" is great ($1.25) for Xmas bags, tins, ribbon, tape and Xmas decor for my desk at work! Location is EVERYTHING ..blocks from my home!”

“The manager is great and gives out wonderful customer service. I'm a secret shopper for few franchise. I always go to the 13th s/[re. Fast but on truckk days an next day there's a lot to put out so a little cudder.But I have seen in the month of December selves were stock and items were off the store. So there's been a some good management with her employees being organize an the flow of customers just came in spaces but steady .And a big applause for th÷m being team players. “Real good selection, considering the size and really good price considering the location. It’s a great urban bodega. However, there’s no real good parking. I had a park about a block and a half down the street so perfect for a quick pick up but not for your monthly grocery store shopping.”

“I really do love it here. It takes alot of self control to convince myself to fight the urge to return here everyday, or several times a day. The daily struggle to kill the temptation to NOT come here for more... Um more...dang I can't remember what I needed more of... OH WAIT!! I remember! Another one of EVERY ITEM IN THIS STORE!!!Every. Single. Night. I struggle to overcome the increasingly addictive glow of the neon green Tree, shining bright through the night. Yes, I know they are closed for the day. But that doesn't stop my thoughts, imagining myself, peering through those magical doors, just knowing the unbelievingly surprising things you can get RIGHT IN THERE for yes, only a dollar. Hurry up tomorrow, hurry up.”

“I just wanted to say how great of an experience I just had at Five Below at Westroads Mall this morning. I needed a couple school supplies for our son and grabbed a couple other things too. I scanned everything and went into the diaper bag for my wallet, only to discover it wasn't there. I had my two kids with me- a toddler and a baby, so I was already flustered. I asked the gal up front if she could hold my order as I would have to go home and find where my toddler hid my wallet. She happily did that, but she also mentioned Google or Apple pay. I've never used those before, but at her suggestion, I downloaded the app. I called my husband to get the card info to put in and was able to pay for my stuff! It took a while because of my low phone reception in the mall, and she was so kind and patient! In all my chaos, I forgot to ask her name, but she was absolutely amazing and so so helpful! She totally saved me from having to drive 20 minutes home and back!”
