“I often get donuts for our employees and provide them for my sons school events etc. Bob in the bakery recognized me and stopped to inquire and chat about bakery needs and all. He was so friendly and helpful explaining an easier method and how to go about it. I hadn't thought of calling ahead for donuts.
Next time I called (call before 11am for next day due to early open/close bakery hours) walked in and he handed them to me immediately and I was on my way.
I never would have called if he hadn't thought to ask me and kindly advise a more convenient method. So helpful, quick, and makes the morning errands quicker.
P.S. They have delicious donuts my boys and I crave them! Head baker Bob and his baking team do an incredible job and I will be inquiring for future desserts & goodies as well.

“Went in last weekend while running errands and ended up spending more time than I expected. The store was pretty organized for a thrift place, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair, not dirt cheap but reasonable for the condition of most items. I found a couple of shirts and a kitchen item that looked barely used. Staff was polite, not overly chatty, just helpful when I had a question. Some sections were hit or miss, but that’s kind of the fun with thrift shopping. Overall, a solid place to browse if you like finding random gems and don’t mind digging a little.”

“Guys this is a DISCOUNT store…If you are expecting Von Maur type fanciness gtfo with that nonsense…About the store the stuff is mostly clearance items that places didn’t sell…Sometimes it’s returns so YES guess what some items have wear and damage…Since stuff is started out so cheap (around 75% of retail) and then discounted quickly no they don’t take off for damage…They buy the stuff by the truckloads and process it out of the warehouse in Oklahoma…To separate every item that has some slight damage and to make a completely different group and pricing range for it would cost MORE long term for customers cuz they’d have to pay more people! Use your common sense people…🙄 If you can’t handle the thrill of the hunt that’s fine pay more elsewhere and leave the goodies for the rest of us! 😂 I have two closets full of stuff from there I’ll gladly buy what ya all pass on!”

“While for my mom to get her hair done at Xenon I walked over here and did a little shopping. I was pleasantly surprised by how fully stocked the shelves were and the overall cleanliness of the store. 100 percent better than dollar tree stores I've been too. They have a very large selection of food items which I did not realize. I would shop here again.”

“This is the family Dollar right here on Saddle Creek road next to QT in North Omaha. This family Dollar has really turned itself around as it used to be really bad in every aisle for a long time. For example, crowded isles, freight parked in the middle of aisles and not stocked on the shelves, things like that. Recently the last few visits to this family Dollar as it is very close to my home, has really cleaned itself up and I'm not sure if it's due to new management or what have you, but I really appreciate it. Friendly and fast service are my experiences as well. Just thought I would comment on that. ??♀️??”
