“I wanted to leave a review for Issy at this Goodwill because he really went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in he was respectful, friendly, and genuinely kind. I had just gone through the loss of a close friend and honestly was not in the best headspace. Issy took the time to talk with me, listen, and even share some thoughtful advice. That conversation meant more than he probably knows. I came in feeling alone and left feeling understood and a little lighter.
I also want to give credit to Richard who helped with the donations. He was the strong man of the operation and moved everything in and out so quickly and efficiently. Boxes, furniture, bags, you name it, he handled it all with a great attitude and made the whole process easy.
Issy reassured me that the items I donated would go to great use. I brought in boxes of kitchen supplies, winter coats, and some furniture, and he made me feel confident everything would end up helping someone who truly needs it. That reassurance made the whole experience meaningful.

“Some of my favorite pieces of high end brands has come from here. They have a lot of free people items and shoes. It's definitely a place where you don't come with a plan, and clothes find you. It's very hit or miss if it's organized or clean, but there is a lot to look at. This is a place where clothes find you. I like the newer location but the old crossroads was my favorite.”

“While for my mom to get her hair done at Xenon I walked over here and did a little shopping. I was pleasantly surprised by how fully stocked the shelves were and the overall cleanliness of the store. 100 percent better than dollar tree stores I've been too. They have a very large selection of food items which I did not realize. I would shop here again.”

Fast but on truckk days an next day there's a lot to put out so a little cudder.But I have seen in the month of December selves were stock and items were off the store. So there's been a some good management with her employees being organize an the flow of customers just came in spaces but steady .And a big applause for th÷m being team players. “I called the papillion family fare store and ordered a turkey and ham dinner for Thanksgiving to be picked up on the 23rd but I recently had to cancel the ham dinner and Alyssa help me both times that works in the deli department and she was amazing she was the most courteous friendliest employee I have ever run across so please acknowledge this for her because she deserves it again thank you Alyssa for making my Thanksgiving special and I'm also visiting from Miami so it's really special”

“This is the family Dollar right here on Saddle Creek road next to QT in North Omaha. This family Dollar has really turned itself around as it used to be really bad in every aisle for a long time. For example, crowded isles, freight parked in the middle of aisles and not stocked on the shelves, things like that. Recently the last few visits to this family Dollar as it is very close to my home, has really cleaned itself up and I'm not sure if it's due to new management or what have you, but I really appreciate it. Friendly and fast service are my experiences as well. Just thought I would comment on that. ??♀️??”
