“Five Below is a good store for finding knickknacks and random games and some stuff that's unique as well. The kids live it and I've even found a few things in there for myself. They have great prices and they're reasonable as well. I would recommend.”

“Love this clothing store! EVERY time I go there, I get personal service, a great dressing room and walk out with more than I usually came for! Great place to shop for gifts, as their jewelry and scarf selection is also great! SHOP LOCAL -- where you can touch, feel and try on!! It's worth it!”
“Perfect place for teachers! You can find anything from cute fidgety, to crazy chips all at a great price. Anytime I need a shopping fix on a budget, I go here knowing I will be able to get the most bang for my buck!”
“Rufo was very helpful in helping us purchase a new set of couches. He saw us immediately come in and assisted to help. He’s great!! I would recommend him to anyone who comes in.”
“Guys this is a DISCOUNT store…If you are expecting Von Maur type fanciness gtfo with that nonsense…About the store the stuff is mostly clearance items that places didn’t sell…Sometimes it’s returns so YES guess what some items have wear and damage…Since stuff is started out so cheap (around 75% of retail) and then discounted quickly no they don’t take off for damage…They buy the stuff by the truckloads and process it out of the warehouse in Oklahoma…To separate every item that has some slight damage and to make a completely different group and pricing range for it would cost MORE long term for customers cuz they’d have to pay more people! Use your common sense people…🙄 If you can’t handle the thrill of the hunt that’s fine pay more elsewhere and leave the goodies for the rest of us! 😂 I have two closets full of stuff from there I’ll gladly buy what ya all pass on!”
“Cristian greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was awesome with assisting me find a sectional. Ruffo was very kind and helpful as well as checking me out. This location is blessed to have suck kind staff. Thanks!”
“I wanted to leave a review for Issy at this Goodwill because he really went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in he was respectful, friendly, and genuinely kind. I had just gone through the loss of a close friend and honestly was not in the best headspace. Issy took the time to talk with me, listen, and even share some thoughtful advice. That conversation meant more than he probably knows. I came in feeling alone and left feeling understood and a little lighter. I also want to give credit to Richard who helped with the donations. He was the strong man of the operation and moved everything in and out so quickly and efficiently. Boxes, furniture, bags, you name it, he handled it all with a great attitude and made the whole process easy. Issy reassured me that the items I donated would go to great use. I brought in boxes of kitchen supplies, winter coats, and some furniture, and he made me feel confident everything would end up helping someone who truly needs it. That reassurance made the whole experience meaningful. Great customer service and even better people. Staff like Richard , Issy are what make this Goodwill location special. I recommend this location 1000 percent. Thank you both again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Convenient location. You can get a few grocery staples or even catch a good sale on cute trendy clothing. Employees are very helpful and keep the store very well organized and clean.”
“Never any problems great store. Except why have 2 doors and never EVER unlock them both. Its great trying to enter you open the door and wait for everyone else to come out before you go in”
“While for my mom to get her hair done at Xenon I walked over here and did a little shopping. I was pleasantly surprised by how fully stocked the shelves were and the overall cleanliness of the store. 100 percent better than dollar tree stores I've been too. They have a very large selection of food items which I did not realize. I would shop here again.”
“Decent DG. Not the best, not the worst, good for a quick pop-in and has all the necessities to save you a trip to the grocery store. Staff can be hit or miss but are usually friendly enough. Can't really ask for or expect more. ??♀️”

“This store is awesome because of its employees. I went there looking for an item for my son's birthday. When I couldn't find it they looked for it, and ultimately it was out of stock. The store manager, Michelle, was so helpful that she took down my number and called me a couple of weeks later when it came back in stock. She left it with Vickie, who was just as awesome when I checked out. Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back when there are so many other options out there. Thank you!”
“This is the most wonderful store I have ever been to! The store is well organized, well stocked, nothing on the floor, the people that work there are extremely helpful and happy! I love this store and location! I have been to many locations, but this one is by far the very best!”
“This is the family Dollar right here on Saddle Creek road next to QT in North Omaha. This family Dollar has really turned itself around as it used to be really bad in every aisle for a long time. For example, crowded isles, freight parked in the middle of aisles and not stocked on the shelves, things like that. Recently the last few visits to this family Dollar as it is very close to my home, has really cleaned itself up and I'm not sure if it's due to new management or what have you, but I really appreciate it. Friendly and fast service are my experiences as well. Just thought I would comment on that. ??♀️??”
“This store is amazing they seem to be always busy but are always willing to drop whatever there doing to help you there customer service is amazing all the workers there need to be paid more cause they bust there butts everyday they work.”
“Yes it's DG not 99 cent store. The store manager has been vary nice and helpful she knows her stuff and where everything the store has and where it is. Highly recommend.”

Burlington Stores is giving its locations a major makeover. The off-price retailer has already transformed about half of its 1,115 stores and plans to complete the redesign across its entire fleet by the end of 2026. The company calls this makeover "Store Experience 2.0." Gone are the cramped aisles and confusing layouts that once defined discount shopping. Instead, Burlington is creating wider walkways, organized sections, and clearer signs to help shoppers find what they need.
Dollar General is adding more of its private label food offerings to stores, following similar moves by big retailers like Walmart and Amazon as store brands keep growing in popularity. The store is launching new items under its own labels, including ice cream, cinnamon rolls, coffee syrups, and salad dressings. The move comes as store brand sales reached $271 billion in 2024, up nearly 4% from 2023.
Daiso, the beloved Japanese retailer known for its variety of affordable household goods, is expanding further in the U.S. market. This week, the company is celebrating the grand openings of three new stores in Texas and California. On Saturday, Aug. 10, Daiso debuted an 8,000-sq.-ft. location in Beaumont, Texas, at Dowlen Towne Center, as well as two Southern California stores - a 6,319-sq.-ft. space in Van Nuys at Mid Valley Marketplace and a 5,200-sq.-ft. store in Westminster at Westminster Center.
Dollar Tree is moving into 170 former 99 Cents Only stores, marking a big shift in the discount retail landscape. The company announced Wednesday it's taking over leases in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Texas, with plans to reopen the stores under its own brand as early as fall 2024.
Ollie's Bargain Outlet just landed a great deal of its own, winning a $14.6 million bankruptcy auction for 11 former 99 Cents Only store locations across Texas. The discount retail chain pounced after 99 Cents Only abruptly went out of business in March, shuttering all 371 of its stores in California, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada. Ollie's quickly made an opening "stalking horse bid" to grab over a dozen of the empty properties.
