Brought in some pictures of.what I was doing and it was pretty critical to do due to carbon monoxide poisoning and he was right on it and gave me everything I needed to fix the problem. What he didn’t have he had a solution too! I love this place and I rather support locals than commercial and will always turn to his shop first before going anywhere else. Prices are, in my eyes, cheaper than traveling beyond Plattsmouth; also, on a plus you have local support!!! Thank you so much for helping me fix our exhaust for heating, for now, before calling a professional to come in that would have cost hundreds of dollars.”

“First big snow of the year and my snowblower wouldn't start. The staff was great, went outside during the snowstorm to show me and discuss the options, pricing, and they added the oil and gas to start the snowblower to verify it ran. Also, I had no transportation for the snowblower, they delivered it to my house for me!

“I moved to Malvern last year and this location is the most convenient. Every time I’ve stopped in the staff has been so helpful and amazing at customer service. Their product knowledge, locations in the store and understanding of working with people has made this my favorite place to go for general hardware needs. I stopped in last Saturday morning for a weed trimmer. They had a great sale and the guy explained the difference between each model and the benefits of each type. I picked out a stihl and the staff member explained how to extend the warranty from one to two years. He gassed it up and started it for me to be certain it worked. The people at the register were friendly and helped me get the best price based on the sale. It is amazing to find great customer service in these current times of rude workers at the big box stores who don’t know what they are doing and don’t care. I strongly recommend Bomgaars of Glenwood. A little drive is worth it for me.”

I went in for some gardening items...I get coupons in the mail all the time .. so value is important to me....it's convenient and close to home.. they have so many "Big Green Egg" items for our grilling needs..and the staff is always super friendly! Value is just "ok" it's a smaller location but when you're in a hurry Ace usually has it! IF we need a screw or a wrench they have it!”
