“The pharmacy is very busy! I am impressed with the pharmacists on staff. They take time to help when asking questions about your care. They have long lines, but still take time with individuals who need help. I appreciate how they give advice for OTC products, when you can't see a dr. I recommend pharmacists here, as their advice is better (also not as expensive)than a dr visit!!!”

“The staff is very friendly with customer service and always says hello. They are very convenient and make sure you get your proper meds and even check if your doing ok on the date of when you need your meds again and also make sure to send the orders directed to the doctor if needed.”

“I really do love this hospital and urgent care. I have probably been here about six times and had to wait twice to get into a room. Those two times my wait was about 45 minutes to an hour. The rest of the time I was brought in right away. The staff and nurses are very nice, friendly, and do what they can to make you comfortable and at ease. I have a very complicated medical history 20 years long. The doctors take their time to listen and help as best as they can. I am very thankful to have such a great hospital within 10 minutes of my house. Now I will talk about why I love this hospital so much. I've seen a lot of the other peoples reviews and let me tell you the wait here, even if it's three hours is not too bad. I had to wait at n different hospitals in Southern California for 6-18 hours. Most of the hospitals in Southern California have wait times with a minimum of five hours. Urgent care was usually the same too. That is the reason I am very thankful for this hospital.”

“Since the Galvin store closed the twin Creek was overloaded at first but they have really bounced back. They called back in 1 hour and had a pleasant interaction with the phone staff after I had a complex rx issue . The staff has always been kind. In the past 2 fills there were some technicalities on the insurance end. I used the app to send a message and I got a call back within 15 minutes. Excellent service!”

“Yes, to activate prescriptions you do have to wait sometimes a long time, but I am getting prescriptions at zero cost to me. People I have spoken with at the base pharmacy are very professional and helpful. To those that aren’t willing to be slightly inconvenienced, go to a civilian pharmacy and pay for your prescription.”
