“Chad, Jim and his crew earn 5 stars from me.
A few years ago I had a shop closer to me attempt to fix an oil leak on my truck. While it was at this other shop, they put a new cam, lifters, oil pump and DOD/AFM delete. This other shop couldn’t find the oil leak to fix it and couldn’t get the tune right with the new cam. They started throwing parts at it and it still leaked. I cut ties with that shop, took it to Chads and he found the leak, fixed it, Jim tuned it and Dyno tested it and it still runs great. Chad didn’t bad mouth the other shop at all. That says a lot.
Fast forward a year…..the transmission fails and the truck goes back to Chad. Not only did he rebuild the transmission but he took the extra time to find out why it failed and replace the transmission cooler and radiator as clutch material from the lock up converter plugged the cooler lines and restricted the transmission fluid flow. He put in better than stock parts that needed reprogramming that Jim was able to do and Dyno tested. A year and half later no problems.”
