“As someone who needs handicap assistance at the pump, Sara or another attendant are always willing to help. Sara and team are super friendly, and even though you probably have to wait in line, for the price I'm paying and the service I receive, it's usually worth it.”

“I had my right leg amputated below the knee and it takes about three months before you get your prosthetic. I can drive, but I can’t get out of my car. The closest pump to the front door is full service between 9 AM and 2 PM Monday through Friday. It has been a godsend for me. The woman who owns it, not only has filled my gas, but put air in my tires, added oil to my car and even help put my bumper back up when it started dragging. Even when I get my prosthetic, I will still make a point of using this service station because without them I would have the hardest time getting gas. Please visit the store if you’re anywhere near it to keep them In business for people like me who desperately need them”
“What a lovely experience I had yesterday.
I used to go to the Fast & Fresh on Center street, ever since I met Rayne working there. See my review of that store to understand my experience with her :). However, a few months ago I noticed she was never in anymore. I thought she may have quit or gotten fired. This killed my excitement and I stopped going.
However, yesterday I was in the area and decided to hop in to this store with the intention of getting a Diet Dr. Pepper. You would not believe the look on my eyes when I saw that Rayne was working here! No one ever told me she moved to this store! I was ecstatic to see her and we had a wonderful conversation. I told her about getting a Diet Dr. Pepper, and she told me that was a great drink. She also told me that she likes the sweet tea. Knowing and trusting her, I decided to get a sweet tea too. It was so delicious and I'm really glad she told me about it.
Thank you Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh for hiring this wonderful employee. I will be visiting this store more often from now on. She makes my, and surely many other's, trips much more enjoyable ❣”

“It's a Hy-Vee gas station got fresh food cooked there fresh, you can see it. I also have Pocky sticks. If you're unfamiliar with these they're just I believe their cracker sticks dipped in yogurt. But don't quote me 100% on that. It's what it tastes like to me, but they're really good.”

I had driven over 2 screws and one was near a side wall & all other places side it wasn't repairable, I would need a new tire. Ralston's Fuel & Services fixed it for about $25 and it's still holding strong nearly a year later!! I will always take my flat tires here first from now on!”

“I work a few blocks away from this QT. Our office has a fridge that freezes everything we put in it, and no microwave ? So I come here almost every weekday on my break to thaw/reheat my packed lunches. I fill my gas tank here every week and buy occasional snacks as well, in exchange for using their microwave daily!I have tried a couple other nearby gas stations, and found that they are not super friendly if you use the microwave without buying anything right then. These other places also tend to have food stations that are really nasty and in need of cleaning. QT usually does a good job keeping up with cleaning (their bathrooms are the cleanest gas station bathrooms out there), and they have never given me weird looks for not buying something each time I stop in to heat up my lunch. In fact, they greet me almost every single time I walk in, and thank me almost every time I leave!When I do buy gas or snacks, the pumps are quick and consistently in good working order (and they have a non-ethanol option!), payment is always a breeze, and food selection is good. I'm so grateful to be able to have hot lunches every day because of this place! Thanks QT!”
