“This was my first time at West Omaha Auto for an oil change. Have had a few people talk about them and decided to try it out. Service was good and everything seemed to go well. Paid and staff said there were no concerns with my car after oil change. I didn't get any service record when I paid and didn't know if this was normal or not and I forgot to call later to check. I will have to call, no big deal but nice to have a record. Thank you!”

“Can’t say enough good things about this place. Was in a bind tonight with a nail in my tire. Was able to catch them before they were leaving for the night and instead of having to drop my car off, they removed the nail and plugged my tire on the spot. I can’t say that they will always do this- I know I got lucky, but that’s how much these guys care about keeping their customers on the road. Also, they don’t normally do tire work. Think one of the techs had to pull a plug kit out of his personal stash.
So thankful to have a shop that cares about its customers and continually goes above and beyond.”

It turned out there were some things that needed replaced on my car, but the other company had those items priced much higher, and they also had additional things in the quote that weren't necessary.It's super refreshing to find an honest mechanic who does timely and very high quality work, especially in an industry that can be as shady as Automotive work.
