I couldn’t find my receipt, so Brian looked between two computers and located when we bought the battery. Still under warranty. Yes! Brian stated by testing the battery and immediately could tell it was not right. He proceeded to replace the battery, even stopping back into the shop to get his terminal cleaners and some spray to help remove any corrosion. He replaced the battery, and the went back to get his charger to make sure it wasn’t an issue with the alternator. All in, about 10-15 minutes and it cost me nothing. Would definitely do business with Brian and O’Reilly again (and buy the battery again with the longer warranty). Thank you!”

“Five stars for my first visit to this business! The rear axle assembly on my recently purchased 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor failed as I was driving it to Omaha from Las Angeles, CA. I needed a mechanic to repair or replace the assembly. Quick Lane was recommended by neighbors. I was not aware they perform major mechanical repairs. I consulted with Jason (Service Advisor) and I can't say enough good things about him. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and I quickly developed trust in him. He assigned the diagnostic work to Jeff (Certified Technician) and they determined it would be more cost effective to replace the assembly than rebuilding the old one. The right axle seal and bearing were destroyed, and it had ring and pion gear damage. Trust, they could have easily convinced me the parking brakes needed to be replace due to oil contamination, but they cleaned the existing parts and re-installed them. That saved me a lot of money. I also had them replace the power steering pump, the seal on the old one was failing. I have the car back and everything is working perfect. I should note I spent a lot of time in the center. Every one of the guys was friendly and respectful.”
“Always do a good job and when you ask for a specific oil or a different filter then their standard they use your preferred product even if they have to get it off the shelf. Now don't get me wrong you still have to pay for the difference from the standard and what you want used but worth the money from the low end product and the best worth it to protect your investment of your vehicle.”
