“Cold and snowy morning and went out to defrost my car and clean all of the snow off, not realizing that I left my key fob inside of the car. The car auto locked itself. I called several locksmiths and due to the "snow emergency" it was going to be a minimum of $150 and up to an hour wait. By chance called Everett and he said he could do it and he'd be up in 5-10 minutes and he'd do it for $45.
I cannot say thank you enough and hope that by leaving this review shows my sincere appreciation for helping me!”
“My car was making a loud clicking noise when turning. I initially thought it may have been the CV Axel; however everything looked fine. Fearing the issue may not have been visible, I scheduled an appointment with Perry Auto. In the week leading up to the appointment, the noise stopped, but I still brought it in. Brian looked over the vehicle, and even test drove it an couple times. Although the issue couldn't be diagnosed (it hasn't returned), Perry Auto did not charge us, and even said to bring it right by the shop if it comes back. We will be back!”

“Great service everytime. We took our car in since it had been 6 months since an oil change, but driven only a little over 1000 miles since the last oil change. They could have went ahead and changed the oil and charged us, but they were honest and said the oil still looked brand new and we didn't really need an oil change yet. I'll be back when it is due next.”

“3rd shop my vehicle had been too. Started with the dealer because it was throwing a code nobody could read. 10 months later Diers finally gave up and warranty sent me to another shop. They ruined the skirting underneath my car because they don’t know how to use a hoist. No help. On to Koplin now in the 11th month of not having my vehicle. 3 weeks and I got my car back and running just like it should. 1.5 weeks was waiting on parts to be delivered. Bottom line take your car to Koplin and stay away from Diers!! Amazing people and the gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I don't typically leave reviews but I felt the need to here. I'm currently on a cross country road trip, unfortunately on the 1st quarter of the trip I received a check engine light on my 14" VW Passat TDI. VW Dealer diagnosed it as a NOx Sensor issue an wanted to replace the CAT along with it for 1700$. I did not have those funds and was on a time constraint due to spending money on a hotel. Most places around had a wait time of a week+ which I could not afford to do.
Cordel FM was able to get my car in same day and out later that evening. They decided to only change the NOx sensor first in case that alone was the issue which would save money. Cordel FM got my car back on the road with no check engine light for a fraction of what VW Dealer wanted. Appreciate the guys there so much, there work will allow me to continue my trip through the states!”

“Needed an oil change as I am visiting from AZ so I came here since my uncle Jeff is a technician. Everyone was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. They even went as far as to find a coupon for the oil change since we found out the free oil change I had remaining was dealership specific. I didn't mind and very much appreciated the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Definitely will come here for future service needs when I visit!”

“Stopped in on a Saturday to get a quote on tires. Jacob was tons of help and we decided on a tire. But they didn't have the tires, which is fine. He told me to come by on Mon and he'll have the tires delivered. I dropped off my Jeep today before my 11am app and it was done before 3:30pm. This was fast considering they on had one day notice from me, the customer! He also gave me a heads up on couple worn parts that need addressing. Great place on the main drag in Fremont! Thanks Freeway Car Care Center!”

“Always do a good job and when you ask for a specific oil or a different filter then their standard they use your preferred product even if they have to get it off the shelf. Now don't get me wrong you still have to pay for the difference from the standard and what you want used but worth the money from the low end product and the best worth it to protect your investment of your vehicle.”
