“My alternator and battery died as soon as I got into Lincoln. Luckily I was less than a mile from Meineke. I'd never been there before and honestly I was skeptical after looking at reviews because they were all pretty positive. I'm glad I went with them after all. They got my vehicle towed to there shop with no cost, they were very thorough and told me exactly what was wrong. They didn't try overselling me. The part wouldn't come in for 3 days so they picked me up from work and lent me a loner for the time being. Even after my car was fixed, they let me borrow the loner until it was convenient for me to bring it back in because of the cold and living out of town. I didn't have enough savings to pay out of pocket at the time.They gave me a couple of payment options to get it taken care of and were very understanding. I am so grateful I ended up there. They have a wonderful and welcoming team. I will be going again when needed!”

After a considerable amount of time on the phone with Walmart and several other tire service businesses. The information those companies had related to me left me with that all to familiar feeling, am I going to end up paying for way more than I asked for.
I spoke with Landon at Big Red Tire Pros and explained my tire and battery concerns. Landon without hesitation described several scenarios from the best budget options up to the money is no object. I knew at that moment I could trust Big Red Tire Pros to treat me like a human being and not an ATM machine.

My car would not start and I got it towed over. Within a couple hours, the problem was diagnosed and we determined the best course of action. Ngoc helped me find replacement parts and got to work quickly. Within 2 days, my engine was replaced and now the car runs great.
