“So, I was a walk in for my appointment this past Saturday and was there about 45 minutes before they opened and there was already a long line. The walk in appointments for passports filled up quickly but Mark Anthony decided to take 5 more which I was a part of along with a couple that was getting married in a few months in Costa Rica and we were very thankful. He was very quick and kind to everyone and his services were very appreciated. I was given a receipt where I could leave a review but unfortunately, I lost it, but luckily there is the internet. “It would seem the post office is underfunded … the staff was friendly and efficient, and although the line was long they worked through it quickly.
Remember not to “shoot the messenger” the staff is doing their best. It’s the management (people you maybe can’t interact with) that may be the cause of the somewhat poor state of the post office. Also: it would be nice if the customer treated the post office’s infrastructure with care (a small (2-3%?) percentage of the customers just don’t care about public property and everyone has to endure the results of their abuse…).”
