“I had to RMA a laptop back to the manufacturer to sort out a battery issue, I've never had to personally ship such an expensive high ticket item and was fairly stressed about the whole process. I called around multiple businesses, but I spoke to a gentleman at this store over the phone who helped walk me through the FedEx return process. Later in the day I did visit this location and was greeted by two very adorable puppers who would put a smile on anyone's face. More importantly however when I did meet an associate (or possibly the owner?), she quickly addressed my problem and again assured me of the process and what to expect going forward. I had only brought in the laptop & the shipping label and she wrapped and secured my item in a very professional manner boding great confidence in my decision to come to this business. I'm terrible with names, and wish I could personally address both of the employees there and thank them for their assistance. Hopefully the computer issue gets sorted out, I know that in the future if o ever need to ship any items of importance I will be returning here. Thanks again for the great help, it is very much appreciated!”

“Good place to drop off mail after hours when the regular post office is closed. They're also open weekends too! The staff there is fast, efficient, and friendly! Kind of a "hidden gem". I'm definitely going to send my customers' orders from there in the future.”

“I called this store and Nia answered right away and was a big help. My 16 month old was sleeping in the car and as a single momma I did not want to wake her up and needed help with a heavy return package. Nia was able to help me with get my package out of the car and help me with my return slip all while not waking up my LO. She was also very sweet and kind. 5 stars all around!”

“I recently had to ship several large boxes of equipment for my company, and since we have an account with FedEx naturally that is where I headed. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful service I received here.The equipment I was shipping was pretty bulky and it took me several trips back to my vehicle to get it all, and it was a bit of a walk because unfortunately the parking is pretty limited in front of this store, and it's also a busy area due to an adjacent Starbucks meaning I had to park some way away and carry my items. That honestly is my only complaint, but the lady attending to me was very patient as I did this, and very helpful going over the various shipping options in terms of cost and times to deliver. I was actually quite surprised how inexpensive it was to ship my items, they were all pretty heavy boxes and arrived safely within just a few days.”
“I shipped two packages from this store. It was an incredibly fast process (surprisingly fast tbh) and the person behind the counter was a sweetheart :) Very simple process.Additionally, my partner had a question about fees, and the employee was so so thorough and understanding about explaining it. I was nervous because I had never shipped anything before, but I had a wonderful experience here ??+ the store had a snow man built out of various box sizes, so you could see the dimensions of each shipping box AND look at a box-made snowman LOL so thats a bonus”
“Wow! I have never gotten service from any other shipping company as great as I did at the PostNet located at 7345 S Durango Dr! I had to ship work equipment in a jiffy, searched Google for nearby shipping facilities, and decided to try PostNet. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who asked how she could offer assistance. I explained that I was shipping work equipment, needed it packed, and had the company account number. She headed to the front desk, grabbed the shipping label and explained how to fill it out. She then directed me to an available table top to fill out the label and took the equipment. Not even 5 mins into filling out the label, the other staff member asked if the way he packaged the equipment was sufficient. I am impressed by the quality of service, friendliness, and teamwork displayed by the staff here! They really go above and beyond! I confirmed that my equipment was delivered unscathed and waited until now to write this review. Thank you staff for what you do and for doing it so well! Date and time of service: 12/1/23, 1:58pm”

“So, I was a walk in for my appointment this past Saturday and was there about 45 minutes before they opened and there was already a long line. The walk in appointments for passports filled up quickly but Mark Anthony decided to take 5 more which I was a part of along with a couple that was getting married in a few months in Costa Rica and we were very thankful. He was very quick and kind to everyone and his services were very appreciated. I was given a receipt where I could leave a review but unfortunately, I lost it, but luckily there is the internet. “Just left this store and the lady was amazing. She seemed to be the only one there, which is hard on one person, but she dealt with it perfectly. She was nice and efficient. I had previously come from the usps where I received horrible customer service and decided to come here instead. Glad I did even if there was a wait, due to being short staffed.”

“Was at red rocks and drove a bit to this small Blue Diamond post office. Easy in and out clerk was helpful, though we had to wait a bit since we got there during lunch hours 12-12:30”
