Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) is a financial institution that has proudly served the people of Nevada since 1949. Unlike traditional banks, GNCU's focus is on maximizing the value they bring to their members' lives, not just revenue. The Eagle Station branch on Eagle Station Ln offers a range of personal and business banking solutions, including an on-site ATM/ITM, safe deposit boxes, and a coin machine counter. Customers consistently praise the credit union's excellent service, whether it's online, over the phone, or in person. The staff is described as pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to assist members, even during difficult times. One member expressed gratitude for the support they received after the passing of their husband. However, some customers have experienced longer than expected wait times for services, such as the 10-12 weeks mentioned for receiving a vehicle title. Despite this, the overall consensus is that GNCU is the best bank in the state of Nevada, making life a little easier for its members.
Too few tellers to keep the line of customers moving. There are more managers sitting at desks not helping customers than Clerks actually helping customers. I've experienced this on many occasions. It's a pretty frustrating branch to have to go to.

I've been a member at GNCU for over 25 years and had nothing but positive experiences with every transaction. I do believe they have the best rates on auto loans in the business. I urgently needed to do a wire transfer. The people there were professional, welcoming, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what do and they did it right. It is that personal service that makes GNCU such a delight. I have been a customer for well over 20 years and every experience has been delightful.
