Very friendly staff and lots of personal and electronic services to help customers. The checking product is great, will save you money, and the cd specials are also very good. Every consumer should have a credit union account.

Been with this bank for years. Very sad to see customer service is in the toilet. Not just at one GNCU in Carson, but both.

Complete trash, they stand around talking too much when they should be helping customers. Having customers wait over 20 minutes in line, I’m about to find a different bank!!
