“I went to this location after having problems with T680's alternator and high voltage ⚡️. They did a great job by troubleshooting and finding the problem. Instead of trying to change the alternator like the past shop tried. They were fast and professional. I really appreciate both Courtney and Kortney from the service department for their amazing personality and professionalism. I recommend this Kenworth dealer to everyone who doesn't want to get ripped off.”
“Breaking down near elko 7pm with 4 in MB sprinter van and u-haul trailer is not a pleasant experience. Tow truck suggested we deliver van to NDRP. We left it in their lot overnight. First thing Friday Shannon -- who thought whole thing was fantastic -- told us they were booked until following Thursday but she try to sneak it in for a look. She got them to look at it Monday. They made the repair Tuesday morning and we were back on the road that afternoon. Could not ask for better service from kinder people. Thank you all. 5 stars without hesitation”

The service department was extremely understanding and while they didn't get the chance to fix the repairs, they still helped and went above and beyond with offering their service shuttle and following up the next day to make sure we didn't run into anymore Issues.”

Eric and his team diagnosed the issue, helped me fully understand it, and carefully laid out all of my options, their risks, and their costs. This is a very knowledgeable, honest, and experienced team that will go above and beyond to get you back on the road feeling confident and in-the-know about your vehicle. They rebuilt my rear differential at a fair cost, with great communication all the way— even through the post-rebuild break-in period after I left. These guys stand behind their work and respect their customers. Couldn’t recommend them more.”
“Highly recommend. I love that they offer quotes/estimates digitally and sometimes without even having to see your vehicle if you know exactly what needs to be done already. My son-in-law recently had a scare and thought the worse about his truck when he heard a loud pop on the highway. After a quick Google Search and look up of reviews/reputable shops in their area, I told my daughter to give this shop a call. They had the truck towed there (probably not necessary, but better to be safe than sorry!), they quoted it and got it repaired the same day. Excellent customer service and honest work! “On our cross country drive our car overheated. They were closed (it was a weekend) but we ran into the mechanic who just happened to be there in the parking lot - even though they were closed he offered to check the car out to help us out and figured out the issue within 10 minutes and we were back on the road in an hour. Overall we were impressed by the honesty, knowledge, and just overall neighborly attitude. I would recommend them for any friend or family with a car issue in Elko!”

“We were stranded in Elko with a broken brake line a few weeks ago. We called around to many local shops no one had same day availability or our Sprinter was too big for them to work on. We finally found TABSS and gave them a call. We laid out our issues and they told us to bring it in! The gentlemen working there were all so friendly and no-nonsense about what needed to be done. Before we even realized it, one guy was already making a call to get the parts ordered! We walked around town for a few hours and by the time we came back, our van was ready for us and had a shiny new brake line. These guys were lifesavers for sure!”
