They are the most honest mechanic we’ve ever been to, they have always been Open and forward about any warranties on any parts that technically should have lasted longer and did the repair work without Charging us. They are always good about checking out the car and being open about issues that can wait or that should be dealt with and giving you options, we have been going to them for the past 10 years and have been nothing but grateful for their honesty and good work with different cars, we have referred so many friends to them even that lives 30 minutes away because it’s worth the hundred and thousands of dollars they save us without overcharging or doing unnecessary work.”

“Nate is the guy that other mechanics call for advice, thats how I was referred to him. He showed up at dusk on a Sunday to look at my Turbo and we replaced it the next day in a couple hours. And he said the air compressor intake hoses will probably pop now that they will have more pressure on them. I bought some new hoses just in case and my old hose did pop and I replaced it. If you have a problem that you are waiting for someone you can trust to work on than call Nate at Masterminds.”

“We had our transmission replaced by Hyundai that was purchased from LKQ, The transmission failed literally a couple of weeks after the warranty with less than half the miles on it as well. There is zero willingness to help. Would never purchase anything from them again and definitely wouldn't trust anything they rebuild or refurbish.
Edit: LKQ reached out to me and after realizing I was fed false information, LKQ worked with us to get the issue fixed and replaced the transmission as well as helped on the labor. Appreciate it!”
