Ty was great. He provided clear out-the-door pricing, was able to get my truck in quickly, had a comparable tire in stock to what I wanted and was friendly. I stopped going to Big O years ago due to a former employee who was always grumpy but I will be back.

This place is awesome very friendly staff.Their calibration prices for ignition interlock are very reasonable.They don’t charge an arm and a leg like other places!
