“I parked around back where bedding and pillows are stocked. I found out the back register closes at 4:00 p.m.. I had to walk from one end of the store to the other and back again. If I wasn't partially handicapped, I wouldn't have minded the exercise. The sheets and pillow were on sale. Great price for the quality. I arrived at 4:00 p.m., the back entrance closes at 5:00.”
“I just talked to miss Pam on the phone. I was looking for a certain item and I called to see if it was in stock. Pam was incredibly helpful, and although the item is not currently in the store she was able to advise me where I can find it locally immediately. That is above and beyond customer service, and I look forward to interacting with her in the store when I come in person for other items”
