“Early morning coffee is horrible. No fresh coffee until 430am. The coffee station is horrendous. Best time for coffee here is on weekends. Go to 711 if all you want is coffee. It's not worth stopping here.UPDATE: A new girl has been hired and has been doing an excellent job maintaining the coffee station and ensuring the coffee is fresh. Thank you for your attention to details. Great job!”

“Clean store very fast service, but the people who work here are always very much silent. No greeting when you walk in not even if your the only person in the store. Try to make generic small talk at the register and still nothing. Almost as if they are trained to not be social to customers lol.”

“Stopped in here on a recent road trip and their motto "clean places and smiling faces" is alive and breathing at this location. Came here for gas, bathroom break for us and our dogs. One thing super nice about this location is the dog park/bathroom. It's a large gated off area with plenty of room for your pet to roam. While they have poop bags available for the customers some customers don't believe in cleaning up after their dog which is completely rude. Inside the minute you walk in was the "smiling face" welcoming us into Loves. Then the "clean places" this place is immaculately clean. The restroom was so clean and despite the amount of traffic this place probably gets it was absolutely above standard. Great location and for sure will be one of our favorite stop off places while traveling.”

“Best location in all of Northern Nevada, and it's not the showers that does that to my review. Because one 9 has the best showers. No it's the hospitality as a homeless individual that I have received coming to this pilot as a frequent flyer for the last 4 months and the atmosphere they provide the second you drive onto that lot.”

“Very nice parking lot for a holiday. Plenty of space and friendly staff. The inside of the store, showers and toilets are clean. Like everywhere else in Nevada there are casinos. From restaurants - Wendy's. Coffee and related products as on all Pilots. If there is not enough space in the main parking lot, there are places to stand on the ground around.”

“The access in and out is not the greatest especially in larger vehicles. But at least they have RV specific pumps which is nice. Also the store had good food options. The Cinnabon is always a delicious choice. My last time here I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was surprisingly quite good.”

“This place is fantastic ... a hidden gem as you're leaving before the Reno/Sparks area. Actually, the location couldn't be any better! As you pull into Fernley from the west, you'll see Love's and Pilot, but it's worth carrying on for six more minutes to this place.What I loved about this place is the convenience factor. Everything's there ... like a not-so-little traveler's oasis. The 24-hour Denny's is huge and very, very handy for anyone pulling into the area during the night. The lot is MASSIVE with plenty of RV and truck, parking, People are dusting the slots, actively stocking the convenience store, quick service in the restaurant, and spotless bathrooms. It's hard to find places like this. Great job!”
