“Taquitos are VERY skibidi, the jalapeño one is not spicy but it’s yummy, the texture is the only thing that’s a little off but it is not even close to something to give 4 stars for.
Quick, cooked and very good, the big gulps are big as their name suggests and it’s overall a toilet time!

“Clean store very fast service, but the people who work here are always very much silent. No greeting when you walk in not even if your the only person in the store. Try to make generic small talk at the register and still nothing. Almost as if they are trained to not be social to customers lol.”

I don’t stop in very often — usually just for a few quick items — but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service I’ve received here. Vanessa has been especially friendly and helpful during my recent visits. There were also a couple of other employees who were very kind, although I didn’t catch their names. It’s nice to walk in and feel welcomed, even on quick stops.
As for Krispy Krunchy Chicken; items are hit and miss. Usually the biscuits are good but chicken ?

“Best location in all of Northern Nevada, and it's not the showers that does that to my review. Because one 9 has the best showers. No it's the hospitality as a homeless individual that I have received coming to this pilot as a frequent flyer for the last 4 months and the atmosphere they provide the second you drive onto that lot.”

“Early morning coffee is horrible. No fresh coffee until 430am. The coffee station is horrendous. Best time for coffee here is on weekends. Go to 711 if all you want is coffee. It's not worth stopping here.UPDATE: A new girl has been hired and has been doing an excellent job maintaining the coffee station and ensuring the coffee is fresh. Thank you for your attention to details. Great job!”

“Awesome place especially with the showers but only one problem is those shower floors need padding because they're very slippery and one time my wife almost fell and saving her I actually slipped and hit my head and almost passed out and now we both have to sit but aside from that the water is comfortably warm and relaxing and the food and drinks are good and the service is great”
“This location has wonderful staff contrary to what some have said.
I was broke down here with a broken fuel pump on my Freightliner and they worked with me to let me have parts directly shipped to the store since no one would deliver from Reno. Ive been here for several days while I waited for parts to show up. They have not complained at all.
Mary in the Godfathers made me some of the best personal pizzas ive had in awhile. The bathrooms have been constantly cleaned and everyone was super nice.
Take the one star reviews with a grain of salt as they usually were mad about something out of an employees control.”
“Man this really has to be one of the best pilots in the country...the entire staff is friendly a gentleman by the name of Jevon in particular makes this place feel like a second home.there is a ton of parking space none of it is paid.plenty showers and a dennys where the food was pretty good consistently.they even have a casino if your into that.definitely stop here if you can to do a reset”

“I travel from utah to California 3 or 4 times a year and always stop to fill up etc. Today as I was getting off the freeway my car was making an awful noise. I pull up to the gas pumps and call my husband because I'm clueless. Your attendant Jose came over and told me it was a cover under the front of the car that had become bent down and was hitting the road.
He got under my car and bent it enough that I could drive to Reno where I stay the night before finishing my trip. He was beyond kind and patient with an emotional old lady.
What he couldn't know is that I lost my mom 6 weeks ago and with mother's day Sunday I was not handling anything well, let alone car issues.
You will remain my stop always! Ok, the Cinnabons help a little! Thank you for hiring such a kind and helpful man.”
