“11/2025 I don’t stop in very often — usually just for a few quick items — but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service I’ve received here. Vanessa has been especially friendly and helpful during my recent visits. There were also a couple of other employees who were very kind, although I didn’t catch their names. It’s nice to walk in and feel welcomed, even on quick stops. As for Krispy Krunchy Chicken; items are hit and miss. Usually the biscuits are good but chicken ? Service by Rani good.”

“Taquitos are VERY skibidi, the jalapeño one is not spicy but it’s yummy, the texture is the only thing that’s a little off but it is not even close to something to give 4 stars for. Quick, cooked and very good, the big gulps are big as their name suggests and it’s overall a toilet time! ?️?️???????? who knew 7-eleven food could be this good!! I came and went to dice and duels afterwards so yeah. Would recommend!!!”

“This location has wonderful staff contrary to what some have said. I was broke down here with a broken fuel pump on my Freightliner and they worked with me to let me have parts directly shipped to the store since no one would deliver from Reno. Ive been here for several days while I waited for parts to show up. They have not complained at all. Mary in the Godfathers made me some of the best personal pizzas ive had in awhile. The bathrooms have been constantly cleaned and everyone was super nice. Take the one star reviews with a grain of salt as they usually were mad about something out of an employees control.”

“This is the best store in Fernley! Every time I visit, the employees are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service. They have a great selection of products, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the store is consistently clean. The restrooms are also always spotless, which says a lot about how well the store is maintained. One thing I highly recommend is signing up for the rewards program. I didn’t want to at first, but the employees kept letting me know about all the great deals. I finally signed up, and now I completely understand why they encouraged me—it has saved me money and is definitely worth it. It takes a great team to run a store like this, and it all starts with the manager. She is doing an outstanding job leading her team and it shows in every visit. Thank you, Fernley Jacksons, for consistently providing such a great experience!”

“The cashier was really nice. Walked in the store and had a greeting from the cashier. No wait in line and when I wanted to do 2 transactions separately. I didn't get an attitude. Gladly to help out.”
