“A few nights ago there was something that had come apart under my car and was dragging, we pulled into 7 Eleven in Fernley. This amazing employee Kevin was so very helpful he went out of his way to help us and still take care of every customer that pulled in he was fantastic. I feel bad about not writing something right away because he most definitely deserves recognition.
He is a great guy , helpful and I want to thank him again and want 7 Eleven to realize that Kevin is a great employee and an asset to the store.

“Clean store very fast service, but the people who work here are always very much silent. No greeting when you walk in not even if your the only person in the store. Try to make generic small talk at the register and still nothing. Almost as if they are trained to not be social to customers lol.”
“We akways look for a Loves Travel Stop when we are travelling. This one is located in Fernley on main route to Reno, Sparks, Las Vegas. We liked this one as well. Very neat, clean, organized. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Gas prices were lower than in the city. There was hardly a wait for a pump.”

“Early morning coffee is horrible. No fresh coffee until 430am. The coffee station is horrendous. Best time for coffee here is on weekends. Go to 711 if all you want is coffee. It's not worth stopping here.UPDATE: A new girl has been hired and has been doing an excellent job maintaining the coffee station and ensuring the coffee is fresh. Thank you for your attention to details. Great job!”
“It's a great place to stop, gas and snacks. They have gifts and unique things for sale made by natives. It's owned by the local Paiute Shoshone tribe. They will have hot food.”

“Best location in all of Northern Nevada, and it's not the showers that does that to my review. Because one 9 has the best showers. No it's the hospitality as a homeless individual that I have received coming to this pilot as a frequent flyer for the last 4 months and the atmosphere they provide the second you drive onto that lot.”

“Awesome place especially with the showers but only one problem is those shower floors need padding because they're very slippery and one time my wife almost fell and saving her I actually slipped and hit my head and almost passed out and now we both have to sit but aside from that the water is comfortably warm and relaxing and the food and drinks are good and the service is great”

“I went to Flying J for gas because I was near empty. It had the cheapest on the interstate. I went in and met Jackie. She was busy with 4 other customers but had a great smile and while dealing with others, was able to take care of me trying to figure out how to do the self check-out and another trucker. She always had a smile and very efficient in helping me and other customers at the same time. She has great customer service and needs to be recognized”

“I travel from utah to California 3 or 4 times a year and always stop to fill up etc. Today as I was getting off the freeway my car was making an awful noise. I pull up to the gas pumps and call my husband because I'm clueless. Your attendant Jose came over and told me it was a cover under the front of the car that had become bent down and was hitting the road.
He got under my car and bent it enough that I could drive to Reno where I stay the night before finishing my trip. He was beyond kind and patient with an emotional old lady.
What he couldn't know is that I lost my mom 6 weeks ago and with mother's day Sunday I was not handling anything well, let alone car issues.
You will remain my stop always! Ok, the Cinnabons help a little! Thank you for hiring such a kind and helpful man.”
