“I came in with a bad battery and once we popped the hood, it turned out the terminal was severely corroded and basically welded the bolts together as well. My guy Flynn worked tirelessly for nearly an hour determined to get the bad terminal swapped out before putting in the new battery. I really can't thank him enough. 6 STARS!!!”

“My car’s battery had decided to die in the middle of Nevada's heat. I called the store to check the warranty on the battery. Travis picked up the phone. He stated that the warranty had expired and obviously i needed a new yellow top battery. They didnt have one in the store so he ordered one. He also stated that since the first time i bought the battery, the price had gone up. He was so nice, that he offered to match the price from 3 years a go. I told him to put the order in and ill be there around 5. I didnt have any tools on me, so the guys at the replaced it for me.

“Place is awesome! Sadly getting hard to find a quality electronics supply store these days. If your tired of paying crazy higher for USB outlets for auto & marine…This is the place! Wide variety of wiring terminals tools, relays lights fuses and impressive selection of connectors….Some see to be military grade. Calvin & the gang are knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with solutions for your equipment needs & repairs. If your a musician or DJ they have every Jack and amplifier plug know to man I think. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. Lots of electronic specialty items too from meters, connector crimpers to soldering stations and HUGE inventory of project boxes and Pelican Cases.”

“Other than sales peeps trying to diagnose they need to stop giving advice as they charged me for parts I didn't need where it turns out that it was there faulty battery that caused an additional $300 to my bill and this fixed income every month I'm not going to have any funds to live on nor do I have funds now to make an emergency Trip to be with my Daughter as my son-in-law passed 2 days ago and this one way trip will cost $500 one way from Las Vegas”

They had great customer service and although the prices are a little higher than auto zone I am willing to pay the extra dollars for the customer service I received there. Alice and Jose went above and beyond the norm when helping me with my truck. I appreciate their patience and their knowledge of my vehicle and they were able to get me the product I needed to do an oil change on my truck in an efficient timely manner.
