“I’m glad to see great reviews for this store, they deserve it !So we were at Las Vegas motor speedway for hot rod magazine power tour and traveled from San Diego and we had Developed a coolant leak that we needed some parts for and a quick Google search came up with the store and I’m glad it did.Anthony, I believe was our salesman invoice number 5730–430949 He took care of us with the parts we needed, and went above and beyond to help us find a car wash that we could self wash the engine compartment, it was a mess. While we were there there was another customer that was acting pretty crazy Michael with a K helped her I’ve never seen anybody with such patience, I only hope if I ever have to Deal with someone as unreasonable as her I hope I have the patience he did!!Thank you O’Reillys for taking care of us once again!Michael A”

Several other members of the store helped me as well since I had to return for more items. I actually travel further to another store fo these types of purchased. I'm so glad I came here instead. Not only did the employees at this location make sure I got the right part, they went out of their way to make sure I was back on the road with minimal expense and time loss. “This has to be THE BEST auto parts store I’ve ever been to! The reason for this “Annie” the manager. She is so nice and friendly, help me with everything I needed and explained things to me that I just didn’t understand. So many times I go into auto parts stores and the employees look at you like your stupid when you don’t understand something… Well not Annie. She took the time to check why my engine light was on, explained to me what she was reading and when I told her “I’m not sure what that is” she jumped right up and explained it all simply to me. I’m so happy this store opened in my! Go see Annie”

“Stopped in to O'Reilly's to pick up 10 amp fuses for my brake lights. Met store technician Manny who quickly figured out the brake light bulbs were blown. In a matter of a few minutes Manny had changed all the blown bulbs and brake lights were once again working. Thank you, Manny for your hard work and professionalism.”

“I have used Battery Systems for over 20 years. Before you buy anywhere else, please check them out first. I purchased a battery for my car 12/23/2019. I had to jump start my car this morning and went straight to their store on Arville and Flamingo. Got there they tested the battery and 15-20 minutes later, I was on my way with a brand new battery and no charge to me. If you had a problem with them, you were the problem.”

“I needed a brake booster for my truck, my mechanic who has a account with O'Reilly's ordered part, I went down paid with my business credit card, week or so later I took old part for core charge refund. The man claims he is the assistant manager, told me the part was already return, instead of him cross reference the part number on box he insisted can't do anything, I told him to enter the number it pop up showing my mechanic brought the booster in, it was the wrong booster, the part was even 42.00 cheaper which was credited to my card. So now he gives me the core charge back telling me it's back on my credit card gives me the receipt I place it back in my folder with 8 other receipts Credit statement came 10-03_23 no credit showed up. I look at receipt it shows cash, even highlighted. I should have looked at receipt but I took his word for it I was in a hurry big mistake. Talk to manager, you have cameras here, he said i need to talk to owner, but he also said it's hard to prove being it is cash, now did I just get deceived and robbed or is it a honest mistake we'll find out, one thing for sure, I want my money back. I surely hope they can do a internal investigation to get to how this happen and correct it. Follow up, the manager did take care of the refund he is a honorable man thanks lesson always look at receipt when receiving a refund going back on credit card”
