“The best auto body shop I have ever used, both in the Las Vegas area and anywhere else. I have taken three cars to Wright Bet Auto. Two needed minor work, and they exceeded my expectations on both. The third was a 1966 Mustang that essentially needed a full body restoration, including extensive bodywork, welding, panel fitting, and painting. They also completed welding on some of the interior panels. The work they did on the Mustang was excellent. Steve, who handled the majority, if not all, of the bodywork, did a fantastic job making sure everything fit properly and worked as it should. The paintwork was equally impressive. There are no runs, blemishes, orange peel, or other imperfections. It is a truly professional-quality paint job. General Manager Steve and owner Scott kept me informed throughout the entire process. The experience was very personal, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about the quality of the work. But in my opinion, their greatest asset is their trustworthiness. Not once did I have concerns about being misled, getting the runaround, or having costs unexpectedly inflated. They are an honest, straightforward, open-book type of business. That is extremely important to me because once I get the feeling that a shop isn’t being completely upfront with me, I cut my losses and go somewhere else. I never felt that way with Wright Bet Auto. In the end, you get a car that is fixed correctly, completed by a skilled and professional staff, and a business that is run by people you can trust. All of my cars will go to Wright Bet Auto whenever they need bodywork, without question. I have included some before-and-after photos of the Mustang so you can see the quality of their work for yourself.”

“I am so late with this review, but I can not say enough about Greentec. They are friendly, professional, honest, and prompt. The dealer quoted me $13,000 to replace the hybrid battery in my Kia Optima (joke is that I didn't pay that much for the car). Greentec was 77% cheaper and gave a warranty. You can not go wrong with them!!!! Greentec.............THANK YOU!!!!!!”

“I highly recommend East Coast Collision for any body work needs. I had used a repair guy to fix a dent that didn’t seem too difficult and he made the damage worse. East Coast had to correct the previous damage and rebuild my back fender panel and front bumper. They did an amazing job matching the paint on a 2009 370z. I could not be happier. I have attached photos but they do not do the paint and repairs justice. Everyone in the shop was polite and professional. Jeff stayed in communication with me throughout the repair process. I can’t say enough good things about the entire East Coast Collision team.”

“I cannot say enough great things about VIP Collision! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The quality of work was absolutely top-notch, my car looked brand new when I got it back, and the attention to detail was incredible. What really sets this place apart is Steve, the owner. Honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring people are hard to find these days, and Steve is truly a gem. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he takes pride in both his business and the relationships he builds with customers. It’s rare to find an auto body shop that combines professionalism, integrity, and amazing craftsmanship all in one place. If you want honest service and high-quality repairs from people who actually care, VIP Collision is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“I recently brought my Audi A4 to the Audi Service Department in Henderson for its 50,000 mile service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My service advisor, Nick, was professional, friendly, and kept everything simple from start to finish. The drop off process was incredibly quick, and picking up my car was just as easy and efficient. I also really appreciated the loaner vehicle they provided. It made the entire service process convenient and stress-free while my car was being worked on. Overall, the service was outstanding. The team was organized, courteous, and respectful of my time. It's great to find a dealership that makes routine maintenance such an easy experience. Thank you, Nick, and the entire service team, I’ll definitely be back for future service!”

“They are so nice, professional and helpful here. Today was super hot and rainy; about four ladies by my count came in needing exactly the same thing: new windshield wipers! My team member was very quick and efficient in snapping mine in place after I bungled my attempt on my own. Thank you!”

“I had work done about a year ago. My new bumper started not staying snapped in. I took it in and they ordered new parts and restored it without any hassle. You learn more from a company with how they deal with an error than one that you don’t have a reason to come back to. Thank you to friendly and responsive manager Marie and office staff. I hope I don’t ever have to come back but if I ever need your services again but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands.”

“I needed to get a paint job because I scratched my rear side panels on the side of my garage. Christian and Francisco were professional from the get go. I explained I was going to pay out of pocket and they gave me a fair quote. The car was done in a week and the paint matching was immaculate. Hard to find a fair and honest body shops these days because they’ll upcharge like crazy for the smallest things. If I have any future car repair needs I’ll be coming back. Thanks.”

“I did not buy my scooter from them. But I wish I had. The family that runs this shop is committed to assisting every customer that comes through their doors. I recently received a repair, a service change on oil and gasoline (I put in the wrong gas, they drained it and replaced with 91) and a flat tire. Through every challenge that I have had, they handle it like professionals, providing me with advice on ownership of a moped. I’ve learned a lot from them already, and I will continue to provide this business with mine!”

“I had a great experience here. I was helped by Lena. Just as I told her, she made my difficult situation easy. I had went to the Stephanie location and the sales clerk there said he could not help me and made no attempt to. Thank you again Lena your kindness and assistance meant a lot to me.”

“Today, this place had an event to showcase the vehicles they restored and customize. They had tacos and hot dogs, and they also had a bouncy house for the kids. I had never been to a place like this, but our friend was the one in charge of the event. I am glad I went there because I learned something new about customizing cars. It was nice to see what others did to their cars. They will be having another even like this in three months, so we most likely will attend because we had so much fun.”

“The place did a good job, however I just read about the key fob thing some other review wrote- so you should know I am going through the key fob now and needed a new radio and other stuff computer related.and I thought that was just with my car due to the accident, I had assumed the accident had to do with it that, but maybe their tech needs to be made aware of this to see why this has happened, other wise pretty good.”
