“It almost never rains in Henderson NV but of course my windshield wipers decided this was the time to crap out during a week long expected rainfall. I drove over to O'Reilly's this morning to get a new set. I can't say enough about the quality of service I received. I spoke with Tisha who discussed my options, gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of wipers in our area, and even installed the new wipers for me, all in about 15 minutes. “I live in Summerlin but made the trek to Audi Henderson after I had a terrible experience at Las Vegas Audi and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was so helpful and responsive from the very beginning. My sales person Bob was absolutely amazing and was able to beat the best price that Audi Las Vegas gave me (and I was able to negotiate remotely). He also went above and beyond to search the country for the exact color and options I was looking for in my Q8 Etron (which came in less than a week). Chris in finance was also wonderful and made sure that all the paperwork aligned with the deal I had worked out with Bob. Before I left Brian, the technology expert showed me how to work the features on my new car. He was extremely patient and answered any questions I had while I was there and even reached out a month later to check in to see if there was any questions that had come up since I left. “Autozone is always my go to store for needed parts and most especially battery replacement on my Chevy Equinox. I've patronized several over the years, most recently the AutoZone on Silverado near Maryland. A nice young man replaced my battery when my car died in the parking lot of Smiths grocery across the street in 2020. it was not a cool day either, but he came over and installed a new battery for me! Now that is service! And again in 2023 my battery was dying but this time I made it to the store. A wonderful gentleman replaced my battery while my grandson walked me across the street to McDonald's for a burger.Cannot say enough good about this AutoZone!! Good folks work here!”

I had never been to a place like this, but our friend was the one in charge of the event. I am glad I went there because I learned something new about customizing cars.
