Discount Tire is a tire store and rim shop that provides excellent customer service and professionalism. The location is busy, but staff members are often fast, efficient, clear, and helpful. They demonstrate a can-do attitude, taking charge of situations to put customers' minds at ease. The service is quick, affordable, and exceeds expectations, with tire changes and repairs often completed in a reasonable or even faster-than-expected time. They offer a wide selection of tires and wheels, stocking popular brands. If a specific tire is not in stock, they can order it, sometimes receiving deliveries the same day. Services include tire installation and rotation, balancing, flat repair, and free air pressure checks. While the experience is generally smooth and informative, customers should be aware that upselling attempts can occasionally occur. Overall, the staff is professional and works to get customers back on the road, making it a place many plan to return to for all their tire needs.
