Just like many others said, I went in and got my used tire installed and I was out in 15 minutes. I drove by my mechanics shop and he said the tire was only one year old and it was a good almost new tire.”

“Service requested: Had a flat tire but also needed new tires.Specifically went to this shop because they had a higher star rating than the one I've gone to a couple years ago. I'm happy that I did. Every person I encountered was kind and helpful. The main guy who assisted me gave me useful information to make a well-informed decision. I liked that I didn't feel like he was trying to get me to purchase the most expensive tires but instead, the tires that truly fit my driving needs. It was nice too that the wait was not long - pretty much done in an hour or so which was a lot sooner than the estimated time. I definitely will be coming back for all my tire needs!”

“It’s very tough to find honest mechanics but the owner is a ver upfront honest guy. He’s not overpriced and does great work. Never had to bring vehicle back after he worked on it. It is a smaller shop so he does usually have to keep your car a while but that’s anywhere you go really.”

“I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, I am sooo appreciative that discount tire repairs flat tires free of charge. I had gotten a nail in my tire and had to get my car towed in. The sales rep scanned my tires and for some reason the tread showed as 4. I had just gotten my multi point inspection done at my dealership half a year ago and my tires were 6-7. I wfh and hardly drive my car so this was so odd to me! Anyways, the scare that I got when the rep told me I would need to buy 4 new tires quoting me $430+. Of course I do understand the reasoning and safety precautions behind their recommendation but I told him I was not prepared to purchase 4 new tires. I had been reassured by multiple people my tire was definitely repairable. At that point he agreed to have the tech look at it. Turns out it was a small nail so they patched it for free. I was so relieved but they did end up scratching my rim pretty badly ): I wanted to come back to purchase new tires but now I'm hesitant to have my car serviced here again.”

“The diagnostics on my Subaru was spot on. Because I bought the car online, I decided to return it instead of having the repairs done. The service manager who helped me (I think it was Tony) gave me a copy of the diagnostics and did not charge me the ordinary fee ($20). He was most courteous and explained everything very clearly. I see this business as honest and competent and would recommend them highly.”

“Had a run in with our TPM saying we were low. We aired up in a quik trip in Phoenix and their machine said we were at our appointment tire pressure. We stopped by here on way back to Seattle just for a quick check of tires and I'm glad we did. That machine massively overfilled our tires and the nice fellas here at the Tire Choice got us back to the right pressure. Really nice people here. Would recommend.”

“My daughter bought a used car. She worked two jobs and saved every penny to buy it. I tried to get her to bring it to Big O Tire to have it inspected before she purchased it, but she was dead set on buying this car, right now!The check engine light came on, on the way home.The next morning, the battery was dead, and there was a flat tire. She took the car to a local tire shop, and was told she would need $800 worth of wheels and new tires. She was devastated, she had spent every penny she had to purchase this car and get insurance. We knew that with the check engine light on, she could not get it smogged, and could not get it registered. She was crushed. I called and spoke with Corey. He told me that if we could get it to him before closing, he would have it looked at the next day. We had it towed. He could have taken advantage of her but instead, he was patient, kind, and allowed her to keep her dignity while he explained how he was going to help get her vehicle back on the road. I am grateful that he chose to educate her without any judgment. We brought the car home, and discovered that the blinkers were not working. She has crippling, anxiety, and very seldom speaks to anyone. She felt so comfortable that she contacted Big O herself, he said bring it back now. She was so happy with the outcome of the repairs, that she stayed to have her brakes taken care of. He explained that he couldn’t see into the future, but he would be comfortable allowing his girl to drive that car. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this life lesson, and the amazing experience she received as a consumer. I can tell you that I have not had work done on my car in any facility except this Big O Tire since 2014. We will remain loyal customers.”

“The tires on my truck were 5 years old so I decided to stop at Discount. Teddy came out and met us in the parking lot we went inside and determined what tires would be best suited for my Truck. I asked if I needed an appointment and was informed "We can get you in and out within 45 minutes. Teddy went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue I had with the install. I'm not sure why I'm seeing lower reviews but I've never had an issue with Discount.”

“Dylan went above and beyond to accommodate me after I explained the situation with my Honda Civic and informed him I was awaiting a tow truck and hoped to get my vehicle in before closing time. Dylan was extremely courteous and told me he’d be there until 6:00 pm that evening. As luck would have it, “all the stars aligned” and I was able to check my vehicle in before closing. Despite already having worked a long day, Dylan took his time to gather all the pertinent information his technician would need in order to trouble-shoot the problem the next morning. My Pep Boys experience could not have been more positive and they called me in a very timely manner the following morning to inform me of what they had discovered—a faulty clutch safety switch.”

“This place is amazing! I came here for the first time ever! I usually have a place I go too but weren't able to take me last minute until 4 days later!! I called purrfect auto and they said bring it in! And I did and they took care of me from the moment that I pulled up. The lady in the front office her name is Susie! She was so much very helpful!
