“I can not begin to tell you how nice everybody is that works here. In the Warm Springs location as well! Tuesday evening at the last minute we decided we wanted a new couch.I was not sure where to go to purchase furniture. RCW, & other big box stores is not where I like to give my money to. I always seek out local establishments.I would much rather support small businesses. Plus, my tax dollars stay local. So I went to Passport.The items they have are gorgeous. I read the "About" and was happy a business like this exists. I believe the owners are a group of designers. They do have some items to purchase on the floor. The gentleman (I completely forgot his name) explained some of the wait times for the couches with each company they represent. I believe 10 weeks might have been the wait time. Next time, we will do a custom order. Since we wanted a couch now and, being a last-minute decision, I wanted something sooner. He told me about the floor sample store on Warm Springs that I could buy off the floor. Could be the warehouse as well.That was the next stop.~BTW, since we ordered furniture 1.5 years ago, ended up waiting a year to get. No fault of anyone, but I think I might be marred by that. ~ LOL.It was exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying a few things.~ Couch~ Iron Credenza~ Wool foot stool~ Mirror~ 3 Amazing Mid-Century framed pictures~ Couch PillowsWe have an eye on a few items in the showroom.We are more than happy with what we bought. We will be back to do custom orders. Plus, I want to see anything I might have missed.I can not begin to explain how nice the people that work here are. People you don't find anymore. Kiana is the best! I'm happy we meet them. I'm speaking of everyone.I'll try and add some pictures I took of the items.Thank you all so much for everything! We are happy we found you!! “i've bought several pieces of furniture here over the past few years. a full over twin bunk bed twin mattress, a full mattress, an end table, a computer desk, and a couple of small coffee tables. got a really good price on all of it. and the sales service were great, you don't have pushy sales people. the guys came an assembled the furniture for me. furniture assembly is a service they offer even if you didn't buy from them.”

These products are bought from a 'World Market' showcase for businesses looking to buy 100 pcs of said product.Most of these items are rare or even won't be sold in this area of the country. You save, they sell, it's not rocket science. Anyway, you could find something that the Jones's don't have. Or you can order from their extensive catalog and still get a sweet deal.Steve Perales”

“Great service and a nice little store. This store isn't selling cheap patio furniture that you throw away after 5 years; these are pieces your grandkids will probably inherit. We purchased a wrought iron Woodard set and have had exceptional service from start to finish. Clint helped us figure out what pieces we wanted and the delivery team did a great job with set up. “Had no issues with our service dogs but do wish staff was educated on service dogs and the ADA. Cute stuff for sale and friendly staff.
Please stop allowing pets into your store. Have seen multiple dogs that aren’t under their owners control (per ADA law this is reason to kick them out and a reason the dog most likely is not a service dog. If a dog cannot handle public access it shouldn’t be there). This endangers me and my service dog, but also makes it harder for us with service dogs as the public will begin to assume service dogs are untrained and unruly like the pets brought into Target.”

“Excellent customer service!We purchased a bike for my 3 year old grandson from Santa. On December 23 rd when assembling the bike we found out that it was defective. We drove to three different Target stores that supposedly had the bike in stock according to the app-none of them had the bike. We then tried calling stores that had the bike according to the app. Customer service at every store just disconnected the call. Until we called this location that is. They not only took my call, they went to the back to confirm that it was in stock and then held it at customer service until we could drive 30 minutes to get there.Customer service saved Christmas for us!”

“Brian the Mattress Firm sales person was grea!. My wife and I told him what our sleep issues were (we are both side sleepers, have back and hip pain, and need a mattress that would provide support but not be too firm). After trying a few different mattresses, he zeroed in on the perfect match for us - a Sleepy’s Hybrid HD Premium Mattress which met all of our requirements. We did some research on the Sealy Hybrid mattresses, but had not considered the Sleepy’s product line. Brian spent a lot of time understanding our needs, explaining the qualities and characteristics of each mattress, and made sure that we were comfortable with our choice. If the mattress that we receive from Mattress Firm is half as good as the sales service that we received from Brian, we will be extremely happy.”
