“I have been wanting to write a review I'm glad I have the time now.Been looking for a mattress for sometime now, shopped in a fewother Best Mattress stores but I end up walking out without a mattress. I some how found my self on the other side of town, thought I check out this Best Mattress store. As soon as I metJin with his warm smile and his happy disposition I thought this could be fun. I have a sensitive lower back and I have a hard timeliking any beds actually. Jin was very kind and guided me through the different beds that were available in the store.Yes I was there for at least 2 hours chatting up storm with Jin.With Jins helped I felt relaxes and able to focus in for the bestmattress for me. I decided on a Black Beauty quilted top firm,Its actually a perfect bed for me. Love the soft quilted top, sleeping on it change my "life" you can say. “What incredible customer service! Casey took her time, patiently waiting while I reset the password to my rewards account, and then made sure I was able to use all available coupons and rewards. In addition, when I left without one of my bags, she wrote a detailed description (including what I looked like, my initials which she had seen in my rewards account, and how nice I was) so I would have no trouble retrieving it today! When I called this morning another incredible employee (sorry I did not get his name) informed me of what Casey had done to ensure my purchases found their way back to me. He also mentioned she is NEW, which makes everything she did that much more amazing! The Elf on the Shelf in our home is named Chelsea the Elfie, but we consider Casey our Christmas angel! “My go to store for my furniture needs. Most of my furnitures at home came from this store dining room, bedroom, and livung room. What I like about this store is their layaway plan and their competitive price. Had my bedroom set laid away and last minute had to change my mind. I thought it will be a big deal but it turned out ok they replaced my order. There is delivery fee if you can haul it then it is free. We ended up having it delivered for a reasonable price. Set-up fee is already included. Will buy again from this place.”

He explained to us the many differences between tempur-pedics and purple mattresses all the way down to the cheaper ones below $1000. We were able to try numerous mattresses with different adjustable bases. He wasn't pushy about us purchasing an expensive mattress, he was more into what was best for our needs. We explained our budget and Ryan was able to give us numerous options to choose from. I was very impressed with his knowledge and passion for his profession..a true gem indeed.
