“I love this store for several reasons! First and foremost they are closed on Sundays! It is refreshing to see a major company not chasing the almighty dollar! Anywho I went in with a project in mind but needed a nudge. Then I met Zack, in crafts, he was stocking and he was so knowledgable! He helped me get my idea out of my head and into a working project! I love this store because the employees care! They are also knowledgeable and helpful!!! kudos!”

“Homegoods is actually one of the better places for finding cool decorative items and other house wares, these stores really do have a bit of everything for your home and are a lot of fun just to browse through. They also often come through when I have something specific I am looking for that I can't find elsewhere, and as such I'd definitely say I'm a fan of this chain. My biggest gripe with some of these stores is how disorganized they are, however this one is definitely one of the better ones in this regard. I've never had any issues with service at these stores, and honestly the selection of items is hard to beat. Prices are generally fairly reasonable, though some things can be a little over priced, but if you look around you can really find some bargains - and that's good because often when I come in here looking for one thing I usually end up leaving with several things!”

“I enjoy going to this store. It has probably the widest selection of anything a crafter would want. Even if you are not particularly creative, you can still find a bowl, a rocking chair, a picture, a wall decoration, some yarn, a doorknob to add a little home-iness to your abode. In a variety of styles and colors as well. In short, you may find things other major craft stores don't carry. I think HL also features a greater variety of snacks.If you just want a standard type of craft item, you will find different styles and perhaps brands of what you want or need, both of which will add attractiveness to your creations. I tend to focus on jewelry making items, but if I decided to paint something, for example, there will be all kinds of brushes, paints, papers, etc. to choose from. Or I may want to add a dish or dishes to my already full cabinets...chances are, I can get what I want there. So if you need or want a craft item, either standard or something out of the ordinary, try Hobby Lobby. I can't 100 percent guarantee that you will find exactly what you're looking for, but you will have a lot of fun looking and might even find something you haven't previously thought about to fit your need. Anyway, you will have fun searching!”

“Stellar customer service... was initially given wrong size for my flex top probably because I insisted that I have a split king. Well Don the store manager made it all work out. I did have to return to the store but I got a discount and the right sheets. Love the people. They take their time to listen and know your needs. Purchased our bed 2020... truly the best bed ever.”

“I bought some fabric a few weeks ago and put it on my shelf without looking at it further. When I pulled it down there was a factory miss print of blue dots all down the middle of it. I no longer had the receipt and was freaking out I took it back to see what I could do. The manager Tay was literally amazing they only had 2 yards left of the print she let me exchange it and refunded the remaining yardage. My daughter is getting her unicorn birthday dress still all thanks to the amazing customer service.”

“Charlie was amazing!!! We got our entire living room set with our rug and bolt couches with him! He was awesome and personable and most importantly not pushy or “salesman-ish” plus he guided us in the right direction for our boys bunk beds along with mattresses and covers to protect them. We also fell in love with these two green swivel chairs that will complement the look we are going for in our master bedroom. Charlie was on point and my husband and i really appreciated his approach. He was also extremely patient and super kind to my mom who has dementia and was asking him questions. That to me was amazing, not too many people show kindness in what can seem an uncomfortable situation. So thank you for that Charlie!! Thank you to Patty as well! She checked us out and was very kind and patient. The system kept reloading and throwing her out of the system and she kept her cool. All in call it was a great experience. And thank you to the manager as well who confirmed our order and was thorough as well. I think his name Is Walter. Thank you BOB’s for this excellent experience and most importantly our Bolt couches that I know we will enjoy!!!”
